We had a rental property in a town other than CR that needed a new spring for the garage door. I was very impressed with the customer service when I called. Even though they had to make a special trip, she was able to squeeze us in the next day. They gave us a time window and came and took care of the door and the price was exactly what she told me it would be. I really appreciated the effort and rescheduling she did for us!

I’m not happy with their(alleged) customer service. I had an appointment scheduled to meet their serviceman at the house to repair a garage door opener. They never showed or called. I called the only number they ever give you(the shop) and only got an answering machine. I left after waiting an hour. At 4:30(4 ½ hours after my appointment) I got a return call from Nicki, wanting to reschedule. When I asked what happened her explanation was she had just gotten in the office(I guess that’s her normal hours) and got a message that the service guy was sick. So much for cancelling your appointments or even having someone in the office during business hours. The next day I got a call from Nicki… two hours before our rescheduled appointment time, that the serviceman was on his way to the house and I needed to let him in. I had to rearrange my schedule and leave work to let them in. An hour later, he determined the door opener needed a part that they didn’t keep in stock, mind you this company installed the original one 6 years ago. He said he would call when the part came in to arrange for a time to install it. A few days later while at work, I got a voice mail that the service guy was on his way. By the time I got the message and called back he was already done. He just let himself in through the key-less entry he replaced the week before — not even bothering to first get permission to enter. Apparently their time is more important than yours.
