I WILLNOTGOBACK. Ok lets see, the croquetas are from a box like the ones you buy at Publix. The spanish omelet was old and over cooked. The mix plate(cheese, ham and chorizo) was made at least a couple of hours before we ordered and put in the freezer, the cheese was hard, the ham was cold and the chorizo was dry from being in the freezer so long. Love tapas and wine I’ve been to a lot of places in Miami but none as bad as this one. If you live in Hialeah or Miami Lakes drive to Miami don’t stop at this place since what they make is almost as bad as s*** in a box.

This place is a true gem located in a small strip mall in Hialeah. The décor while not modern is traditional and will certainly do the job of transporting customers to Spain. I visit this country about 6 times per year and this is the typical décor found at tapas restaurants everywhere, love it! I ordered to go; wish I had stay at the place as the atmosphere was so relax and the service was simply outstanding. I ordered a sangria and it was amazing. Well balanced with fruits, tasty, rich and not too strong. As appetizer we ordered the cod croquettes. These croquettes are outstanding, the best ever!!! They were so soft, warm, tasty and had a very special/unique flavor. We also ordered the tabla iberica and caldo gallego(traditional spaniard soup). The tabla iberica is a typical assorted dish with proscuito ham, chorizo and cheese. The dish was fresh and very tasty. The caldo gallego was rich with favors as well and was served with garlic bread. I will return no doubt, a jewel literally hiding in Hialeah.

EXCELLENT Spanish dishes. I have been all over Spain and this place reminds me of times when I was sitting in a taberna in Barcelona or a small restaurant in Sevilla. Great place in the most un expecting shopping center in Hialeah. The owner runs the kitchen, so that says a lot. The house wine at 20.00 a bottle is a steal.

Nice place and a quiet atmosphere. The service was fast, they pass by our table often. This restaurant is in a shopping mall strip but inside you will be transport to Spain. They even have a tablao. It’s very affordable, we had a pitcher of sangria(very strong) cod croquettes, tabla iberica, manchego, chistorras al vino and one crema catalana $ 60.00 including tip. We’ll be visiting again.

Yummy Caldo Gallego and nice atmosphere considering it is a strip mall. My only complaint is that we were given bottled water without being offered tap water. Wound up adding $ 6 to the bill as a result:(

Visited again this weekend. Laid back vibes, Seafood plate we ordered was very good and portions were plentiful. They also carry a couple of spanish brand beers. Will try the tapas menu next time and the paella negra which looks interesting. Recomnended!

Excellent food, service, atmosphere, a pleasant change from the usual fried Latin American offerings in the area!
