Superior Title Of South Florida Inc

We used Superior Title for closing in July of 2014. There was a water lien on the house we purchased, which was listed on the HUD statement that the seller provided Superior Title money to satisfy at closing. We were unable to turn on the water in the new house until this lien was satisfied per Miami Dade Water and Sewer. Superior Title kept telling us they sent Miami Dade a check per their responsibilities in the HUD. After eight days without water, I called Miami Dade Water and Sewer. They had not received any funds from Superior Title. So I paid the lien over the phone and my water was cut on that same day. This shows the lack of effort to address the situation by Superior Title. This was a 15 minute phone call. To make matters worse, Superior Title has yet to send me a check for the amount of the water lien the seller paid at closing to Superior Title. Thus, Superior Title made an extra $ 250 + on the closing at our expense. My real estate agent and I sent numerous emails only to get the run around. Very dishonest way to do business.
