Came here after my mom brought home 2 spinach empanadas, my favorite empanadas. I was intrigued to see what else they had so I came about a week later and tried their Bocata Sandwich, which was amazing had it with a café con leche and it was just right not to sweet not too light. For dessert I had their chocolate señorita…which was perfect. I have a sweet tooth but I’ve never been a fan of overly sweet desserts and this was just perfect. The owner came out to even check if we liked the food and he was real attentive as was the waitress. I wish them all the success.

Cute, spacious & clean bakery that is fully stocked with all sorts of goodies. Biggest perk is you can go in and won’t walk out smelling like croquetas, like some other places. I usually stop in for my my Cuban crack fix but have had their breakfast items before. They have whole grain baguettes, egg whites, etc & gladly tweak items on their menu to your preference. Very friendly staff. They also have lunch & dinner options that look enticing. Worth checking out

Delicous and most simple and clean bakery i have seen. They also have lunch and dinner, and dessert with their cakes. I often pass by to buy cakes in the morning for drinking with my hand made coffee on the weekend before going shopping. The receptionist was so nice an friendly, help me to find new taste when i asked. High recommended

I came here because my mom waned to check this place out and heard it had opened. We came in and were greeted by two nice employees at the register. There was only one other customer inside but she left as we came in. They gave us two slices of free bread to try. I ordered a cappuccino and an empanada de pollo(chicken empanada). –Empanada de pollo– was very hot and wasn’t a fried empanada(good thing), it was baked. The empanada itself was flakey and yummy. On the inside though the chicken was also mixed with olives and egg which was something that I didn’t really like. It was mostly olives. –Cappuccino– The cappuccino was decently sized and had some cinnamon sprinkled on top. It took a while for me to get it because I saw that the employee was being taught how to use the espresso machine. The cappuccino itself was good even though it was piping hot and I had to wait a long time in order to be able to drink it without burning myself. Overall, this place is pretty good but still has a few kinks to work out. The employees were all super nice and attentive which is great. They even have an outdoor seating area with a TV and plenty of seating inside.

We went for the Opening of Spicy Artisanal Bakery, we were extremely surprise of this little gem on a different path of our usual breakfast/brunch(Midtown, etc.) All their breads are artisan, the sweets have a French influence and are extremely yummy! We tried the Short Rib Eggs Benedict, OMG! the the meat seemed as it had been marinated and it was awesome! And a Spicy Breakfast, which is the traditional breakfast eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon and baguette… everything was very tasteful. We also tried the Cheese Pastry, although is a cuban favorite, this one was so puffy and well made, we loved it. We found out that the owners and bakers, were previous Chef and Pastry Chef of the so-famous Sea Salt & Pepper(now Sea Spice). No wonder the quality of the food! I truly recommended!
