Why can’t I give these people a –0 negative rating? Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Placed my order at 11:04 for 4 medium cheese pizzas. Received confirmation immediately, and should of known it was too easy. Received a call over an HOUR later from MARIBEL ALONSO\RODRIGUEZ — First off, How do you make someone a manager who doesn’t speak english? or at the very least has some sort of basic communication skills?
My order was for a second grade class graduation party. I called before hand, and had included a description on the contact form. Their lunch is at 11:30 — I expected it to arrive around ten mins later and give them a chance to disperse the pizza. Was I surprised when I received a call at 12:10 that the order wasn’t ready, there were four orders ahead of mine, AND they could not tell me when it would be delivered. What bothered me the most is not the fact that they were behind, or JUST LAZY BUT the audacity Maribel had to act like she was doing me a favor. I WILL NEVER, EVER order from Pizza Hut again, and strongly urge you to do the same.
I also left a message for Tony RuizCalderon district manager\coach. Lets see if ill get a call back.

Ordered pizza on a Friday, the delivery wait time was 1hr 30 mins. We decided to place a carry out order instead, wait time was approximately 15 mins. Got to the restaurant, pizza wasn’t ready & had to wait another an additional 15 mins. Total wait time was about 30 mins, still better than the delivery wait time.

This place is lazy! Asked for spinach and ranch flavored crust! The spinach wasn’t cooked into my pizza! Look like it was thrown on at the end! And they gave ranch on the side!!! It was suppose to be in the crust! Not to mention the driver didn’t know a lick of English! Horrible and lazy Pizza Hut!

Horrible service. Ordered pizza and deliver took evor one hour and 30 minutes to arrive. And then, i opened the box and 2 of the slices had bite marks!!! never again

Worst freaking place ever! Horrible location! service was horrible! pizza was cold! Save yourself the trouble and go else where please!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited over 2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to be scheduled to arrive in 45min. Our pizza finally arrived and we had an extra ingredient we never ordered, a fingernail! As soon as we placed a call to the store to ask for a refund and another pizza, their manager Krsytal told us we had to choose. Since my friend and I both wear acrylics, we were astounded at the fact that Krystal told us it was our nail. Let’s see if the owner of this Pizza Hut, Maribel Alonso, will rectify this.

Best Pizza Hut hands down, they never mess up my order and they know how to properly prepare the new flavored crusts. They also cook the pizzas to perfection, never burnt never undercooked, great service

First & last time ordering pizza at this place! First off pizza was 30 mins late, it was cold, I had a hard time with there payment method the delivery driver didn’t have change with him, also the cookie pizza that I ordered was a disaster/​burnt! I called and spoke to liedys britos to explain how horrible the food and there service was & all she cared was how I was going to pay for the horrific food they brought me, I tell you. NEVER AGAIN. Ps. It’s not my fault your driver doesn’t carry enough change. Geeesshhh
