I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in September of last year and right from the beginning it was a nightmare. First they lost one of the frames and had no clue where to look. After several visits and their aggravated faces whenever I walked in we finally decided on a different frame no extra cost of course. That alone took six weeks after hearing their two week speech. This is where it gets good. Quality is horrible !!! I picked out a Harley Davidson Frame and shortly after getting them one of the lenses popped out and was lost. I went to their office and had advised them that that particular lens always had an issue… I had to dish out $ 80.00 to have the lens replaced. While that was going on I had just gotten my second pair from them. These were Kenneth Cole Reaction, very nice frames. In under 3 months I had issues with them becoming loose so back to the Lovely Hialeah location I go! I am told that these frames are discontinues but the good news is that I am under warranty… yay!!! NOT! Since they are discontinued they have to have me pick new frames«oh joy!» I picked them out and am told I have to pay $ 75.40 to have them replaced under warranty! What a joke! This place is a serious money pit!!! Don’t get me started on 2 of their staff people that have the customer service skills of a pit bull. Attitudes and angry faces… Do yourself a favor. Go to Walmart optical or somewhere else. Stay away!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The people are actually nice. However, I didn’t feel like they know what they were talking about. At the end of the day what you really want is to buy a good product. Yes, customer service goes a long way, defective products are really what keep the business open. I have no idea what they are doing salving glasses. Much less, prescription glasses. Got some glasses for my wife and within a week one of them became loose at the hinges. Took them back to get them tightened, only for them to come loose again. Took them back yet again and complained but got nowhere with them. The glasses are not of great quality either. I absolutely recommend people to stay AWAY from this place. Sometimes cheaper is not necessarily the best way to go. Even when you get a Groupon for this place, it is still not worth it!!!:-(

Two weeks after ordering two pair of eyeglasses only the sunglasses were ready. When I put them on I couldn’t see anything. The progressive bifocals were supposedly cut too low. The representative then told me it would be two more weeks. WHAT? The other pair(clear lenses) was sent to a different lab and had not arrived. Now I am left wondering if that second pair was screwed up also. I told the representative that I would give them one week to correct my order or I would cancel my order and that I wanted a full refund. In my twenty years of using glasses I have never encountered a problem until now. I would definitely not recommend anyone to Eye Lab. One star rating only because there is no lower rating. And by the way, a total price of over 500.00 was not a good deal for off brand frames and lenses.

The place has a great staff of customer service personal. Yet the male doctor(There are two a male and female) is by far the biggest arse you will ever meet. Guy even told me to get the Fu@# out. All do to his unprofessional, hurry up eye exam. I didn’t feel comfortable with him or his exam and he took it personal when I stated to him that he was hurrying me up to much and that I did not feel comfortable with him. Never ever go to this pace unless you have no other choice.

Had a Groupon, the staff was very helpful. After using the Groupon, I got a pair of glasses for only $ 25 for my son. I decided to buy him a second pair and both were about $ 130. I would recommend this place if you are on a budget or do not have any type of insurance. I really appreciate the staff.

The doctor was inpatitent n hurrying me up during examination he was extremely rude… have to wait for 2 – 3 weeks for glasses to be ready… will never return

I’m not too sure about the other locations but this one in particular offers terrible customer service. It is extremely complicated to place a simple reorder of contacts with them. I have called several times and they place me on hold long enough for the music to stop and it starts ringing and no one answers. I regret ever using this company and will never go again.

Good customer service is the only thing positive that I can say about this place. Firts I had to wait for like 2 week before I finally got my glasses. Their were pretty bad quality eventhough it was expensive and in a few weeks the glasses were broken I could not change because I had not guarantee. I’ll not return to this place never in my life

I wanted to recognize the wonderful Costumer Service I received at EyeLab, I was on my way to America’s Best to place an order for my new eyeglasses on my way there I saw EyeLap and decided to stop and see what they have to offer. Best choice I could have made, I was met at the door by Riva F. and Yuneily M. I told them about shopping around for the best price possible, without hesitation they told me they would match any offer also telling me it would take about two weeks to get my eyeglasses. I know I could have gotten them faster, but the treatment and professional manner of these two ladies was exceptional and I could not find a reason to go anywhere else.
