This location is ok. But every dam time we order there’s something wrong with order or we missing something.
Today my wife repeated the order 3 times and they still manage to serve it wrong.
These people should check there employees since they ain’t doing a good job. Very frustrating that the client has to baby sit there orders.

This location has a habit of giving incomplete orders and running out of items that you would assume were vital. How do you consistently run out of parfaits, apple pies and even ice cream? Once you throw in long wait times at the drive-​thru and less than stellar customer service, it’s not a shocker that the rating for this location is so low.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in Miami. Drive thru is always slow and good luck going to order inside. No customer service. Good luck if the person taking your order speaks English. And you better check your order 90% of the time you get the wrong order.

If it’s not the drive thru being back up… It’s the customer service inside the store that has clearly seen better days. This store needs desperate training on how to deal with the public.
1 person in the kitchen and 7 in the front? I think the poor soul back there could use some help to dish out the food a little faster. Instead of working in a team the employee’s in the front just looking at cook waiting. Put on a pair of gloves and help. That includes the manager. The food is average nothing special its at its best off the grill or oil. My girlfriend has a serious case of Chicken Nuggets, if not I’ll go somewhere else.

I’m sorry but when you get home and realize that you were charged for something that was not in your bag, it is a little dissapointing. Considering that what they gave me instead of what I ordered can make me extremely sick… I did not eat it. Pay attention to your orders! You could really ruin someones day by giving them something they can’t eat!
