Where the locals come to pick up fresh pork for a traditional Cuban pig roast. You can also get whole goats and turkeys.
It is a slaughterhouse. So if you are a vegetarian, don’t expect to find a petting zoo.

This is crazy difficult to find in Miami… But here it is.
Keep in mind this is a slaughterhouse… So if you get to come… Don’t expect a flower garden in here… It’s a slaughterhouse!!!
The good thing is that if you like to cook your own pork, it doesnt get any better than this… Nor any fresher… Nor any cheaper!
You get to pick your pig (by size and weight) and the clean ot out for you and have it ready to cook.
If you are into «caja china»… This is definitely your starting point!

the is the most atrocious, sadistic place on earth. Bring children, engage them with the pigs, touch the pigs. then tell the farmer which pig they want. the pig is brought to a place unseen so the wives and children cannot see the murder of the cute pig they just picked. they only hear the screams of pain, terror, fear, agony. I think the owners of this place should get on their knees and pray to Jesus for forgiveness for the murders of innocent animals. BTW saw women crying and one man actually walked in and changed his mind and he is Cuban.

The only slaughterhouse I know of in Miami where one can come for a whole pig or goat. People here are friendly and pricing on animals is clearly stated. If you are going to need a pig during the Holiday’s you can order and pay in advance, and you had better do it, this place is absolutely nuts the day before Christmas Eve or Thanksgiving.
