Las Vegas Banquet Hall

This place is beyond awful! If I could rate is less than one star, I would. Came here for an event. Cocktail hour food was unappetizing, cold, and not enough for the number of people in attendance. Sit down dinner was worse. They actually use plastic carts to load the dishes as opposed to serving trays! The so-​called-​waiters (white glove service is disposable gloves) dropped the plates in front of you so food spilled out as it landed. Instead of coming over to each person, they actually reached across and handed you the plate. Who does that!!! As they poured water, it dripped all over the table, on the evening bags, and cell phones. The main entrée was rice and chicken cordon blue and let me tell you, the rice was old, hard, and cold and so was the chicken, but we were starving and ate it. The place is located in a strip mall with an adult store in the same location. Parking lot was small, the security guy (who the hell has security at a banquet hall) was rude and we were made to wait outside (and it was raining) until the doors were opened. The bar served pre-​mixed cocktail drinks and it was the same guys who also served as waiters lol. Don’t waste any money booking this place. You are better off renting a banquet hall and using a caterer. I feel sorry for our friends. I don’t know how much they spent on this place, but if it was more than $ 5 it was too much.
