This place is an embarrassment to this chain of stores. The employees have no concern for customer service. Everyone working here needs to reconsider as to why they actually aren’t working here. So sorry to have been at the store. Buying something took a long time. Returning that thing took even longer.

After our 3 year old Vizio TV died — we made the mistake of purchasing this Taiwanese TV(No, they aren’t ”made in the USA” as many think, don’t buy this brand), we needed to get something inexpensive and decent. After much research online we found that HH Gregg had goo prices and decided to head up to the Hialeah store to purchase another TV. Place was empty(one day before a possible Tropical Storm/Hurricane no one is stocking up on electronics), yet chock full of employees. We wandered around looking at items and prices and finally we had to hail down someone to help us. This person couldn’t have cared less or wanted to sell a TV less, I guess they don’t work on commission because he made it seem like he was doing us a favor by taking our cash and practically rolled his eyes every time we had a question. I am so sorry we interrupted your not busy day with our business… We asked for best possible price for the size we wanted and it was a serious problem for this guy to even care to help. We figured it out and he grudgingly wrote up a bill of sale. As my husband was dealing with Mr. Personality, I wandered off to check out the amazing 99″ TV that I know someday WILL be mine. That is when two other associates decided they REALLY wanted to help the lady alone. They smarmily yelled at me in Spanish when I turned around and said that I was OK in English, they continued… they really thought they were being cute, I really didn’t. I went to my hubby who was getting the bill of sale, we go to the cashier(remember there are about 15 — 20 people working and about 8 clients in the store) and we have to wait no less than 10 minutes to pay, when someone decided to help us because the ONLY other cashier was dealing with customers trying to exchange something. Our cashier was Mrs. Personality — damn, wow these people really don’t want to help us. Only redeeming person was the really nice guy who helped us take it to the car.

The selection is minimal and what they do have is very middle of the pack. When I go and take a look at electronics, I like to see a variety of models with varying features. The prices were also comparable with Best Buy, which in my opinion, has more things for me to see and play with. This is not the place for me.

after visiting with a friend for lunch and seeing their amazing $ 50.00 digital camera which they had bought a few days earlier at the grand opening, we drove over to store at nite. it was pretty of shoppers. alot just checking things out, but there was a nice size line of shoppers actually buying stuff. even thou we were there for a camera, we did get a bit of track when we saw the prices being offered on lab tops. at first sight to someone like us who has no idea of any of that stuff — GB /Mega B /processor speed, etc, etc… we thought prices were good — $ 499 for a HP Laptop!!! Then we made a simple phone call to our computer zabby friend Michael. Once we read off the specifications on label, we were advised to WALKAWAY! most of the models being offered where older models. ok for simple computer use such as I Tunes, games, Microsoft 7… but not good for more stuff such as photos, graphics, etc. so we decided to walk away. also distracted from camera to TVs — even thou they offer a variety of sets, makes and models, the ones with a better price were from strange less or non known manufactures, such as HiSense? oh yea the $ 50 digital Olympias Digital Camera, they had ran out of them. no more stock — no more sale… i too as my fellow Unilocaler, will be sticking with Best Buy!
