Unilocal did not dissapoint on this little deli, great service and spectacular food.
Im on my third time and second time ordering the tuna melt, by far the best tuna sub to ever touch my lips!!!

Ate here for lunch while on business and in short the service, food, and atmosphere was THE BEST I’ve experienced in Miami. I can’t stress this enough: EAT HERE.

Franky’s Deli is a hidden gem, My wife stumble upon this while searching for a bite on Unilocal.100+ reviews w/​5 stars! Must be amazing.
The first time we came here we got the tuna sandwich, all I have to say is my taste buds went crazy! It was delicious!
Second time we went, we got there a little late on a Saturday and they were wrapping up and getting ready to close. The sandwich guru behind the counter apologized and told us to return at an earlier time. We went the following weekend and to our surprise he remembered us!
He took care of us and provided amazing customer service. This time the wife and I got a Media Noche… Best media Noche I’ve ever had! I usually get these at Cuban restaurants and I tend to get a sandwich soaked in grease, no pickles, minimal condiments, etc. Here at Franky’s Deli, it’s made just right and how a media noche should taste!
Great customer service, great food and price. If you’re around the neighborhood, stop by and try it out for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so glad I found this place. Wilfredo is amazing he makes super easy for you understand what your getting & what goes best with it :) it’s been a while since I found a place with great subs but most importantly great service. Defiantly coming here more often.

Small mom and pop shop. Friendly and fast service. All their ingredients are fresh and top notch. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. What else can you ask for?

Perfect wraps and subs every time! Service to match, very friendly family vibe. I always mix it up and have always been blown away by the quality of food they serve here. They make an effort to remember your name here! The sub shop equivalent of Cheers bar hint: Get the bambam sauce if you like to add spicy to your food.

From the moment I walked in I felt as though my entrance was an event. It’s very clear that they are grateful for new customers and make you feel welcome immediately. I was recommended the Italian sub and told it was a bestseller. It did not miss the mark. It was one of the best subs if I ever tasted. What a relief to find a decent sub place in Hialeah. I will definitely return.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful as I walked in. Ordered the #1 Italian and croquettas preparada. Both were amazing.

I would have never ever found Franky’s if it was not for Unilocal.We decided to come to Franky’s for lunch today. Based on the outstanding reviews, it seemed like an interesting place to check out. I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, done with a Cuban sandwich type of flair. My wife had a tuna sub sandwich. We both loved what we got and the service and friendliness were superior. I will definitely be back.

Omg I was shocked at how good those sandwiches were! My friend (who owns a yoga studio two plazas down) invited me to it for lunch.
It’s a small deli but apparently it’s so well known and many major players have passed by for a bite of their own.
I got the phillysteak sandwich on wheat with the works (onions/​peppers) and it just tastes so fresh and the meat tender.
There are a couple of benches where you can sit at but don’t expect to gather up some friends to meet up and have a sit down lunch for hours. It’s more of a grab and go place but it works.
Highly recommended. Lunch hour can get pretty busy so order ahead via phone and then just go pick up.

I love a good sandwich and this is the best sandwich places, if not one of the best in Miami. What’s great about it is that it’s a little mom and pop place that doesn’t get crazy packed. All the subs are made with love and with tasty, fresh deli meats and cheeses. NOM!

First time here and I will definitely be coming back!
Split 2 sandwiches between my fiancé and myself so we could both sample a little variety. We ordered the MOJO chicken and the Philly cheese steak. Both were DELICIOUS! The bread they use is amazing as well.
The manager who took my order was extremely friendly and patient with me as we went over the menu before ordering. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed (I probably wouldn’t have asked so many questions if they were busy, but still I appreciate his kindness).
Much to my dismay they do not serve soup on Saturday’s so I must return on a Monday for broccoli cheddar or a Friday for Lobster bisque. I was told to order ahead for the lobster bisque because they always sell out fast.
Other than the facts that they don’t serve soup on Saturdays and that they are closed on Sundays, this place is pretty much perfect. Come here for deliciousness and leave with a smile!

Expectations: My co-​workers told me that it was close to work, quick and fresh!
Experience: Franky’s over delivers! Owner, Frank greeted us immediately, introduced himself and his lovely wife. Took our order quick and served it quicker! I usually have tuna on croissant (which i’m really picky about) or the egg salad on wheat and I have been back a few hundred times for it! Everything is fresh and filling! Plus they have those little mini chocolate chip cookies for days you have a sweet tooth! Now, I walk in and they know us by name. They also have breakfast!
Ambiance: Franky’s a small hole in the wall gem but, all is clean and kept!
Memorable Person: Say Hi to Franky!
Would I go back: 100%

Was driving from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Marathon Key. Got off turnpike to grab a midday Lunch/​Dinner.
Looked on Unilocal to find some area restaurants … Not the easiest place to find, but well worth the Treasure Hunt.
Asked what favorites were on the menu. Wife opted for the Albacore Tuma … Was delicious.
I opted for some local fare that I could not get back at home in Detroit.
Had a Cuban inspired sandwich that was fantastic! Croquetas Preparada was the name of the sandwich.
Finished with a cup of Cuban Coffee … Perfect ending to a great meal.
Would highly recommend!

Great service + Great food + Great prices = Win. I am usually not in this area, which makes me sad because I would eat here all the time. As soon as we walked in they asked if it was our first time which means I stuck out like a sore thumb as a newbie. I of course welcomed the newbie treatment as the owner went through there menu and made various suggestions on what the regulars rave about. I ended up with the «#1 pressed» which is an Italian style sandwich and I ordered all the fixings. They work on an honor system so once you place your order, your welcome to grab your own drink ad take a seat and you tell the cashier what you had on the way out to pay.
Its off the beaten path a bit but I am also not familiar with the area. It was PACKED at lunch time but that did not make the staff miss a beat. Everyone was super friendly and the sandwich was very high quality. I will def be going out of my way to eat here again!

Although the sandwiches are great and they have an abundance of variety, what really won me over was the customer service. Me and my girlfriend were having a late lunch around 4pm and decided to stop by because I’ve had it booked marked for quite sometime.
First impression of this place was hard to beat. I was immediately greeted by the owner Frankie and he asked if it was the first time here. I said yes and he proceeded to explain the menu and some of the customers favorites. He sold us on the tuna sub and he really tailored it how I wanted. I also added a menistroni soup which was really good and apparently it’s not a known secret because when I asked for a soup everyone freaked that they had soup and ordered one for them as well.
It was really clean and the staff was real friendly and professional. The 40 minutes we were there so many people came in and Frankie knew them on a first name basis. They do have this simple reward program that every 6^th sub you get one free and like I said before there menu is extensive with many options and they have a lot of beverage options including regular fountain drinks. My thing is Perrier lime water and they had it so that’s what I drank with my tuna sandwich.
All in all they have earned my business when I’m around the area and craving an awesome sand which.

With a case of the Mondays comes a usual craving for subs on the way home from work. Not in the mood for Subway, Quiznos or anything on a typical route so Unilocal is the guide and it led me to Franky’s.
And Franky’s delivered. Franky, himself, actually was the one who took my order. Both him and the cashier told me about their VIP card (free sub after 10 purchases — a little much, but after enjoying the sub, I know I’ll get there), as well as being able to call in my order for next time. I got the 12 inch #1 and it was #1 for a reason. Italian sub — ham, capicola, salami, provolone cheese: hard to mess up and even harder to stand out. Franky’s sub stood out as an Italian combo recommended to be heated. It was fresh and crispy, not toasty. Sweet peppers, oil and vinegar are the key to their bed of meats.
I will be returning and wrapping up my VIP reward soon (even if it means cheating on my diet). Great service and even better food.

The location is tucked away facing I-​75 on the north side of Hialeah Gardens.

From the friendly greeting and cordial conversation with Leon, to the bread that is brought in daily and so extremely fresh, meats & cheeses are sliced onsite, sandwiches are made to order and it’s definitely no ordinary deli .
I had the #15 corned beef & pastrami, with Swiss cheese, warmed on rye bread (I ordered it plain with toppings on the side) it tastes like a grilled cheese on crack. The peppers are spicy & sweet, the horseradish mustard on point.
Will definitely be back to try a few more
