So I don’t know where to begin. They came out in June to repair the loop and replace the main board for our gate after it there was an issue because our electricians had inadvertently done something to the loop. The cost was close to $ 1200. Since then they have been out a number of times because the gate will get stuck or will not close. After trying to make an emergency call this weekend which was responded to by it will have to wait until Monday. We only called on the weekend because we have 3 dogs on the property and we are located off a busy road and the gate would not stay closed. So we waited until Monday morning to call at which point we were told that the issue was because the electricians had broken the loop and we never had it fixed. WHAT? I have an invoice for $ 1200 here saying it was fixed. They insisted they fixed it before we had the electricians come out which is simply not true. Hence to get the gate working properly again they are looking for another $ 1200. Do not use them!!! They also sent out a person to look at part of the security fence that had been damaged in a recent thunderstorm. The man they sent out had no idea what was going on. They wanted us to pay another company to have the work done and when we started to ask questions, he said he was uncomfortable in the house and needed to go outside.
UPDATE– Still dealing with problems. We hired a new company to come out and were told the board was never replaced and there is nothing wrong with the loop that they kept telling us was the problem. Because the board was not replaced as we were told one of the gate arms is having issues. To fix all the problems they caused we now have to have a whole new gate system put in. DO NOT USE
