Ok, by the time I finish writing this Unilocal, you’re going to be all like, «why the Hell did he issue them five stars?» That’s a very valid question and will be taken into consideration as the words exit my fingertips. One day, the Sunday before Labor Day 2015 I’m on Instagram minding my own business. Suddenly, one of my followers on there posts«something» about this business. Upon closer inspection, «hey…I pass by there all the time.» See, I never noticed this business was a cafeteria, laundromat, car wash and, then some. «HOW freaking unique for Hialeah bro,» said I. See, I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that Hialeah is this totally Bohemian suburb scrawling with new ideas from the local population. The fact is, Hialeah is mostly old people and their surprisingly still living parents waiting for their 1950s Cuba to return to what they remember. So no yeah, when I see a local business pioneering some pretty«far-out» innovations for Hialeah standards, yeah, five stars on Unilocal even if that was the worst Cuban Sandwich I have ever had in my life. Things to note and blah, blah, blahs: * Language here is español. * Cafeteria — You come here for drinks and toast. I can see it being very busy in the mornings. I will be there tomorrow to check it out. She really tried but, that was an awful«Cuban Sandwich.» This is the kind of cafeteria you come to for Coladas, Café con Leche, etc., on the way to work or home. * The three mentioned services are offered here, i.e., car wash, laundromat, cafeteria, but, there are so many things offered here it was hilarious. Totally unexpected. It’s like its own mini mall that you can wash your clothes at. HILARIOUS I tell you. * I walked over there to check them out, these are new heavy duty washing machines they have here. Gives the place a high-end feel. * The entire place was spotless, hence, why I ended-up ordering food. * This business is very close to one of Hialeah’s sketchiest few blocks. It’s not uncommon to see a homeless person drifting about. * While eating my «sandwich» sitting at their lovely table situated outside, I had a clear view of their car wash. Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Range Rover and soon, my 13 year old slowly decrapitating Ford Ranger. They were taking their time and doing a real detailed job on the vehicles there. For real, I’m bringing Herbert here to get his bath next time. Don’t rush them, go inside and have a «sandwich» while you wait. * There is more seating inside. * Don’t have their«Cuban Sandwich.»
