So I came here last night as I was on my way to an important meeting. They advertise on their menu that they have Cuban Fritas — yum, right? The lady acted like I was from Mars when I try to order one. My great aunt, a Cuban native who is 85, attempted to explain what a frita was(a Cuban hamburger) and they still didn’t know. Ok, so I opted for a healthier option, a chicken breast sandwich. When she brought it out, I thought it was a joke. It was so huge that it would take Superman to eat it. So then I switched to an empanada, a croquette, a guanabana juice and a pastry! Everything was just OK. I thought it would be better because there was solid four star rating on Unilocal. It was nothing out of this world. The music inside was blaring and I thought it was reminiscent of a Cuban nightclub of some sort. Even my aunt thought there was no way this was Cuban. They said it was even though it did not seem like it to me either. I would go elsewhere!

Great food and very fresh. My husband loves the black and the red beans. They have the best sandwiches. The only problem is that is a small place and its always full.

It’s like a little fruit stand. With awesome mamey ice cream(soft serve) that I have never seen served anywhere else ever… I try to make a stop anytime i’m close to Westland… uhh. Westfield mall. Its really cheap too, like $ 2 I think I dont really know much about the rest of the fruit, it looks ok
