Cinderella’s Flowers

Cinderella delivered for us in Hialeah. The father of a very close friend passed and Elaine and her team delivered flowers within the hour to a local funeral home. The price was very reasonable for a flower arrangement done with very good taste. Very classy. Thanks again to Elaine who took our order and delivered.

I would have left half a star but Unilocal doesn’t allow me to rate that way. We ordered an arrangement for a funeral on Sunday 6÷14÷2015. Delivery was set for 5:00pm to Caballero Rivero Funeral home. These flowers were to be sent from our facility showing our condolence to our employee who lost her mom. To say the least the flowers were never delivered! What kind of business are these people running and the customer service has to be the worst. When we called to ask what had happened they just simply replied with «sorry we forgot to deliver the flowers, but we can give you a discount for a future purchase». This was such a disappointment and an embarrassment! If you want flowers delivered and great customer service steer clear from Cinderella’s Flowers. Two thumbs down for you!
