Chipotle Mexican Grill

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I made an online order just now and they messed it up completely, did not even bother reading the special instructions. There were exactly 4 pieces of chicken in my chicken bowl and all of the toppings were thrown on top even when I specifically asked in the instructions for some to be on the side. My brother’s quesadilla was the worst I’ve ever seen from a Chipotle. I have never had this experience at this location in person, or anywhere else period. IF YOU CAN’T GO AND ORDER IN PERSON, GET YOUR FOOD FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’ve been going to this Chipotle for years and I’ve never had any issues. Food is delicious, nutritious, and bountiful. As always, the best time to come is before they close — they give out the most food! The only reason I don’t give this place five stars is because more often than not… It’s packed! Ridiculously, ridiculously packed to the point of people going out the door! Waiting in this case becomes a major hassle.

At this location the customer service is horrible. They don’t have your online orders ready on time. Plus they don’t have chips and dip available as they should. Be prepared for bad service when going to this chipotle location.

I can’t seem to find a chipotle deserving of 4 stars. It’s not the first time I go to this place and there’s something wrong. The first time they were completely closed due to a «meeting.» They provided me a free burrito card but still, the nearest Chipotle was all the way down to Miami Lakes.
The second and third time I go, they don’t have guacamole. Like how do you sell chips without guacamole? Because the avocados were not «ripe.» Like okay… It’s your job to make sure that you order them correctly.
The staff has ALWAYS been nice to me. That’s why they get the 3 stars. Never have they complained, or done my order wrong like the other chipotle I’ve been to.

Since knowing about chipotle i been there 2x. First to try it out (2years ago) and then a while ago because i had a free burrito coupon. As a person that is of mexican heritage i get really pissed of at this place. I think taco bell would be better and taco bells in miami suck so hard! So imagine what i think of this «mexican grill» I never came back, back then because i felt a weird vibe, first i hate hate how in 2 seconds they warm up the big ass tortilla! Thats sick! So in my recent trip the guy folding the burritos didnt even know how to fold them, he kept asking for tortillas cuz he would mess up on everyones burrito, he threw all my lettuce and sour cream in the counter :(. I ordered just a veggie burrito and he was so stingy with the lettuce i had to ask for more. What i hate also is that when you bite into it, its freaking cold! I like my mexican food warm. Its just a mess, the reason people got sick is due to employees not the vendors. Fave place is the cantina grill right down the street now thats a bomb ass place!

These people don’t give any rice, Jesus I believe the standard is two scoops of rice and they only give one. I’m not a fat ass that normally complains about food portions but dam I feel like I got half of what I paid for

They are very nice at this location. But wtf is A burrito made with lettuce guac chicken and corn and when folded a freakin mess. Thats the most annoying thing ever when in chipotle thats why i can never eat a burrito and always have to get a bowl. I just ended up throwing it away becuase it looks like a mess and it was a mess so yeah i wont be going back to this location to eat a burrito becuase why even bother right. Second time this happens here, very disappointed.

This huge nation wide E coli out break has just hit 6 different states. Its no longer in one region. This is not a produce problem this is a food handling problem. The «children» this company has running most of their locations are not handling food properly. And it’s no wonder because they are always in such a rush and so understaffed. I don’t blame them, I blame the large corporation that has gotten too big for itself.

Chipotle never fails.

I always receive fast and friendly service at this Chipotle location. I normally order online and my order is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. They do tend to get packed during lunch hours but the line seems to move pretty quick.

I’m guessing I came on a bad day, based on previous reviews.
I’m not sure whether chipotle offers wheat tortillas, but they didn’t have in this location. Which I thought was fine. But then, they only had white rice, no brown rice. And the funny part is, that the server even asked, what type of rice I wanted. Lol. There was only 1 choice… Also, I ordered lettuce and this lettuce had brown edges. It’s obviously not fresh. They also had a sign that said they didn’t have any guacamole left, which I wanted to order.
Based on the food, I think that they should be a little more prepared especially since this is a restaurant and people come here to eat their food.
I don’t even want to get started with the restrooms. It was disgusting. It makes me want to gag.
I like chipotle, but I’d prefer to go to ANY other location rather than this one.

Ordered on the app and when i got home seems like someone Messed up my order with else’s. Come on guys!

I love Chipotle in Hialeah. The environment is clean and I always seem to notice more meat is always added to my meals here. The Chipotle on by Miracle Mile barely gives you any meat.
A particular worker named Denise makes it work visiting. A person who is always smiling and gives off a positive vibe. She always recognizes me and asks me about my day. I don’t know, I don’t have a crush on her but she just makes my shitty day awesome in a couple of sentences. I would go to Chipotle in Miami Lakes, but they don’t have Denise.
Chipotle is about the people who work there I feel. And I hate the Coral Gables one as well as Miami Lakes. I won’t bother to tarnish their respective pages with things I’ve noticed about the workers and environmental problems. But Hialeah Chipotle, for it being in a shitty place, makes the diamond stand out in the rough.

By far my favorite fast food restaurant! Sometimes it may not be much of a fast food place when you wait in line for 30 minutes but this location in Hialeah always seems to have a short line when I stop by. All ingredients are always fresh! I love there bowl with double chicken! If your not getting double chicken your missing out! Well worth the extra 2 bucks or whatever they charge for it. I like that they also serve beer!

I love Chipotle. The food is amazing. Sure the lines can be long but it’s worth the wait. I always get a bowl with brown rice chicken and every topping there is, let’s not forget their guacamole sauce which is a little extra but so worth the cost. I am already thinking about it getting some now, yummmmm

Worst chipotle ever, they never have chips, guac or chicken. The staff is not attentive at all & give you smaller portions than it should be. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I love chipotle but this location is terrible.

I loveeeee Chipotle. It’s my happy place. The food is better then anything I can ask for. My favorite plate there is the sofritas bowl, with everything.
This specific location is right by my job. We always order take out from them. Every time we’ve ordered take out its never disappointed. I personally don’t think I would ever eat at the location because the line is hugggee every time I go! It could have to do with the time, but at my job we have a relatively late lunch (2pm).
A big tip I would give to anyone is making sure they order before hand because of the line. When you order online you literally just walk your happy self straight to the register and pay. Your food should be ready there, if not they make it really quick.
I will forever continuing eating at chipotle! It’s an amazing meal!

We pass by this location all the time, always thinking about stopping in. We looked them up on line and decided to order. It was for a party of four, and the order was perfect, they even write your name on the foil of the food item. The chicken burrito is very good!!! We’ll be coming back for sure. 5 stars

What I love about Chipotle is how simple their menu is and, they serve beer. Large portions of good food at a decent price? Yeah, I’m a fan. I come here periodically for some grub. I just have to make sure to come hungry.

Chipotle food is simple mexican food in huge portions. The staff is very nice here, and that big burrito is fantastic! Ask for the secret menu if it’s slow if you really want to be blown away. Another win for Hialeah restaurants. If you want to get the biggest bang for your buck order the taco’s and get everything on the side, then you can make your own taco’s and even have more left over to make some taco’s at home if you have taco shells or you can finish it with your free chips they give you and make some nachos. The possibilities are endless!
