Definitely a good option for anyone work at the UM Med campus/Jackson! They park by Sylvester a few days a week. They offer a great mix of foods — burgers, indian, american, etc. The crabcake sandwich is awesome as well as their burger. The indian food is also great! It’s a great departure from the limited options in the area!

Today, I visited Catered Bliss at the Hot Dog Festival in Hollywood, Florida and ordered their Bliss Dog. Taken directly from their menu, it is an «all beef hot dog topped with thai mango relish(cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and crushed peanuts). I will say it was very aesthetically pleasing, but the hot dog could have been easier to eat. The hot dog was cut in the middle, but none of the special ingredients were placed in the cut. It would have been easier to eat if the hot dog was cut more open, and all the ingredients were lying on top of it. It proved to be a messy meal. The crushed peanuts and mango provided a delicious Thai ethnic fusion of flavor. However, the hot dog could have been better without the red onion because it was a little bit spicy and overpowered the other flavors. Overall, their food is good(could have been better).

If you like perfectly crispy, piping hot sweet potato fries, then you won’t be disappointed with Catered Bliss(don’t worry, everything else on their menu is also equally awesome in taste). I had my first Catered Bliss experience about 30 minutes ago and am back at my desk feeling full and happy. The truck will be cruising by our office again on August 23 from 12:30pm-2:30pm. Stop by to join us for some quality eats – 330SW2nd St. #111, Fort Lauderdale, 33312.

I was glad to see Catered Bliss make a return to BTTR. I’d been craving their amazing Jerk wings for a while now. However, I have to downgrade this truck’s rating due to the horrendous wait time. The first time I went it seemed as if they were a little disorganized, but the food was great so I let it slide. The food is still good, but they still have no idea on how to expedite. There were about 3 people waiting and one person in line ahead of me, yet it took more than 30 minutes to get out food! On top of that once my number came up, they forgot half the order!!! We had the jerk wings and curry chicken, and both were pretty good but certainly not for a 30 minute wait. If I wanted to wait that long I would have just gone to a sit down restaurant with Booze and AC. These guys need to take a lesson from the Rolling Stove. That truck was packed beyond belief yet they were super organized and efficient. They expedite like champs and even give you an approximate wait time(never more than 10 minutes). Get your act together Catered Bliss! I’m definitely not standing around in the hot ass summer for 30 minutes again…

Catered Bliss is one of my favorite Food Trucks thus far. The first time I tried them I had the Buffalo Shrimp wrap with fries. Just what my tummy was craving! Pretty spicy, but a delicious buffalo sauce flavor. The fries were tasty too. The second time I had their veggie samosas. They give you two and they were probably the best samosas I’ve ever had. Came with two different chutneys. One was like a mint chutney, very flavorful. The other, was thicker, and had a cheesy taste. Not sure what it was. Either way they were delicious and extremely satisfying. Definitely can’t wait to eat there again!

Tried the sweet potato fries during Gallery Walk in Wynwood. They were fresh and tasty but came with no dipping sauce or ketchup. Would still like to try their other items.

Stopped by this truck at BTTR the other night. The menu looked great, especially the prices. Most things were between $ 4 – 6. I hadn’t seen them before, and I heard they were new, so I decided to stop by. The prices are getting this place 2 stars, but it wasn’t worth the money I paid. I couldn’t even eat the wings I ordered. I was a few trucks down from Wing Commander, but I wanted to give the new kid on the block a chance. I asked them what the spicy wings were like, and if they were in a buffalo sauce. They said yes, so I ordered them. I get my wings a few minutes later. We start walking down to the next truck, and open the container. Immediately, steam is coming out of the foam box, and we’re hit with a smell that is not buffalo. It was like a jerk/curry smell. I was willing to eat them, so we headed home and figured they’d cool down a bit on the way. When I opened them up to take a bite at home, I saw that the portion was big for $ 5. There were probably 8 meaty wings in the box. I took a bite and my mouth was instantly on fire. I couldn’t even take another bite because it was so spicy, and the flavor that I did taste past the spice wasn’t appetizing. I might go back for something else next time, but what I was most upset about was that I was mislead. I was expecting a buffalo type sauce on the wings, and that was my understanding when I ordered them. They didn’t have a line like the other trucks, and I’m really hoping they didn’t just say whatever they thought would make a sale. We’ll see how things go at the next BTTR with this place.

HOTDAMN, that Spicy Black Bean Burger was AHHHHHH-mazing. I expected yummy, but I didn’t expect a flavor party in my mouth! The flavors and textures were spot on and I just could not get enough, to the point where I stopped eating the Sweet Potato wedges just to make sure I had enough room for the burger. Don’t get me wrong, the wedges were delicious but I could not spare precious stomach space. I did take a tiny bite of my friends’ food, so I would know for future reference if I should even bother straying from the Spicy Black Bean Burger. The Blue Cheese Burger was good, but no match for SBBB and the Chicken Frankie was just absolutely pitiful. Oh, another great thing about this truck? PRICE! I think this truck has the best value for your buck out there right now.
