I recently came here with my boyfriend to upgrade his phone to a new iPhone. He had his mind made up but the sales girl insisted and pestered him to look at the androids. She started an argument with me regarding the two operating systems which should never have happened. If you have a customer decided on what they want just give it to them. What could have been a 20 – 30 minute visit turned into about an hour of disagreements. Next time if her opinion isn’t asked she sure shouldn’t give it. I have yet to step back in there.
