The worts customer service. I went to update my phone line and a lady name«MariaCarla» super bad as a customer service. First she ask me which line and i point with my finger to the ipad and she answer me «don’t touch my ipad». Super bad, she not even asking me if I need a case for my new phone. That store need a new leader to tech then what’s customer service mean

So disappointed with the customer service in this particular store. Visited the store to return a phone cover I had purchase less then six months ago. I first ask the greeter if it was possible to exchange a case that had completely come apart and it was six months old. His answer was yes, but you need to sign in and wait your turn. After about a twenty min wait I finally got helped. The sales person explain that the product was not exchangeable and he was sorry. Hello couldn’t the greeter had told me that. After going home and researching the information online it happens he was wrong. I think there’s to much competition out there to waste your time with these situation . Hello At & T when you hire employees they should be put trough a training before, from the greeter to the sales person.

Worst customer service ever. I spent 3 and a half hours in the store picking up an order that I had already placed and paid for online. Ridiculous Worst customer service, would not recommend to anyone. Go to the one in Pines or someplace else

These people are thieves and assholes. A month after purchasing my phone they called back and told me they are going to call the police because I never paid the phone. .how could they have activated my phone and given me a receipt and then say I stole it and threaten me at 8 am when I’m sleeping. Worst customer service I have EVEREVEREVER recieved. Avoid AT&T if you are looking for quality helpful service.

I’ve been trying to find out how much a product costs here(apparently prices vary store to store and can be different from online price). I finally got through, someone answered the phone with a «halo???” — very professional. I asked if it was at&t to confirm and the woman on the phone responded with a «si» and then hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I’ve called back several times and they keep picking up and immediately hanging up! I also had a bad experience here in the past, when an employee actually told me to leave and call at&t for information regarding international use of wireless service.

It is your regular At&t store, nothing surprising. It was the only one that had iPhones let on Christmas season, so i like it by default. If you’re looking for something specific, you might want t call ahead of time to confirm they have it. They try to do their best with the customer service but we didn’t have a fantastic experience. The person who was selling the new phones and lines to my family and me made a mistake and ended up charging the same amount several times to different cards. That was not fun. It took almost 4 hours for us to get everything fixed with the bank and AT&T. Can’t blame the company or the store, but it was a drag! The guy tried to be nice, and up until the charging issue it was ok. They are organized. You come in and so you don’t waste time they give you a turn and a number. Your name will appear in the order in with you came in on a screen. Like I said, your regular at&t store. The store is new so the facilities are well maintained and clean. I was there for so long i even had to go to the bathroom, can’t complain. It is in Hialeah, but they speak English.
