America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

America’s best? More like America’s WORST. The employee’s here are terrible. The only thing I found useful here was the doctor which was the first doctor to get my prescription perfect. Other than that the service was terrible. The sales associates on the floor tried to get me to buy whatever he wanted without listening to my concerns. Then after fitting me with a pair a contacts I explained that the pair wasn’t fitting just right and was irritating my eye. I have been wearing contacts for 8 years and just know when the fit is right. After about 15 minutes of complaining that the pair was irritating my eye he finally provided with another pair that fit just right. I finally ordered a year supply after my trial period was over. When I finally thought this headache was over I picked up my contacts and they had given me the «generic» brand. Don’t you think you should inform your customers before just assuming they want America’s Best brand contacts. Stay far away from this place! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Was not the Best service. Felt like the old Bait-​n-​Switch to me. They advertise 2 pairs for $ 69, but that’s just the base price for the cheapest frames and plastic lenses. Then you have to wait 5 – 10 days for them. For contacts, it’s $ 79 plus $ 20 for some membership-​thing. That isn’t too bad, but in my case they didn’t have sample lenses. I would have to wait 3 – 4 days. It not the worst, but it definitely not the best & customer service is so-so…they try. At other eyewear stores, I get glasses the same day & always get sample contacts to walk out with. No bait-​and-​switch tactics.

I haven’t been to an eye doctor in over 20 years. I’m glad I went here because they helped me understand the importance of getting my eyes checked regularly. Dr. Evans was very sweet and helped me with my new contacts and I can honestly say there is no better feeling then seeing crystal clear. I didn’t even have an appointment and I waited maybe 10 minutes before I got checked.
