American Towing Service

I looked online for the most reputable and affordable company that would service me. I choose to call American Towing Service and spoke to a representative right away. He asked me what I was towing, the address of the location and destination. I was asked to repeat myself twice on the location and destination which I was completely fine with repeating. This assured me that the information he was taking was clear and understood. I was told the price (cash) I am not sure whether they accept cards. I wasn’t given that option. Lastly, I was also told that the two driver would be there in 30 mins.
The tow arrived 5 – 8 mins late. Which I understood due to a traffic incident that was near the area that was creating slightly heavy traffic.
The gentlemen spoke mainly Spanish but can easily understand and speak English well. Though he was slightly stomped on how to harness the bike onto the flatbed of his truck which slightly worried me since I told the representative what I was towing a bike, the gentlemen, who’s name I didn’t catch, was extremely helpful and executed a way in which to properly fasten the bike in place. He took his time making sure that this bike would not drop upon transporting. He drove in a extremely safe speed on the roads which was a shock and an extreme relief.
The gentlemen arrived at the destination and safely transported the bike back home. I’ve never had to tow anything before, but service I received was better than I was lead to believe it would be. The price was decent for the 15 mile tow. If you’re in the Miami area and need a tow, with this one experience I can honestly say these people are good.
I did not have a single bad experience with American Towing Service. Thanks for the tow guys.

Possibly the only tow company I’ve ever seen meriting not only a review, but 5 stars! Had 2 palletized loads of temporary walls on wheels. Their driver worked really hard to get our load onto his flatbed, secured properly throughout and delivered in a very timely manner — when he could’ve just said heck with it and walked away. Thank you guys!
