These guys are the bomb. If you are thinking about buying a pool table, I highly recommend contacting them FIRST. However, if you already bought one «new» or used, these are the guys you need to go to if you’re having issues. My story should help:
I bought a used table in great condition, but honestly had no idea what transporting a table entailed. I put it sideways (yes, stupid) in my living room due to a lack of understanding of how to take it apart and reassemble in my house. One day later, the dudes from KoB arrived. Although they reiterated that it’s always smarter to call them BEFORE buying, they absolutely made it happen.
From dismantling, balancing, reassembling, re felting, and even positioning the table correctly in the space, nothing was left undone. These guys will be honest with you, give you a reasonable deal (offering you a range of options) and most importantly EDUCATE you on keeping your table in great shape.
