The 1-​pound Dolce Expressions chocolate-​covered assortment was the first holiday sweets gift I’ve thrown out in years, and I regularly receive Russell Stover and Whitman’s samplers. Everything tasted like the excessive plastic and tape that ineptly surrounded it. Said items were stale and/​or completely bland (when you cannot tell, that’s certainly a bad sign) items were behind brittle wrapping and within a cheap wicker basket, which made for a very unpleasant unveiling that I wished we never had the endurance to get through. Well at least this hyper-​charged our desire to eat better post-​Christmas glut…

I was gifted an assorted box of chocolates & it was extremely YUMMY!!! Sooooo delish! I would’ve posted a pic; but, after I tasted a few, they didn’t stand a chance!

The candy here is too good! When you walk into this store there’s so much elegance and a beautifully dizzying array of sweets and chocolate. The prices are a little expensive but it’s really worth it. They have some seating so you have the option of sitting down to enjoy your snack of choice. This place is also known as dolce confections, and their store used to be located closer to the library on Broadway before they moved to the location they are in now which is in the same strip mall as minute man press, caliber drugstore and arnel’s convenience store. They have every single kind of chocolate covered pretzel imaginable and they also carry sugar free merchandise for anyone you want to gift who might be watching their diet or have diabetes.

My girlfriend’s boss loves chocolate covered cookies. We live and work out in Suffolk country but my GF found this place online and decided to place a specific order of cookies to give her boss as a gift. It was only supposed to b two types of cookies. Her brother would be in this area so he picked them up and drove them 1 hour to us. After looking at the basket everything was completely wrong. They gave him a generic assortment of cookies including a receipt that said what she actually ordered.
My GF called the next day and argued with the owner that said my GF ordered it incorrectly. This wasn’t possible because it was a custom order and my GF told them specifically what she wanted in it. The person told her to bring it in and they would take care of it. We expressed the inconvenience being located almost an hour away.
The event was the next day for her boss so I drove out there myself to get it fixed. They took back the old basket, had me stand around for more than 45 minutes while they pulled apart this basket and added the cookies that were missing from it. They didn’t even replace the old cookies with fresh ones and used everything that was in the original basket. This was a terrible experience and the people there had a very poor attitude with no concern for the hour ride I took there, 45 minute wait and hour ride back. I know it was her choice to go their but she expressed that this was a time sensative gift.
I will never go back to this place and told my GF if she ever wants something special like this again we are only going local. I couldn’t believe the attitude on these people and the trouble we went through to get their mistake fixed.

Finally a dessert place that is worth going to. I went there with my son for some frozen yogurt and was so happy to see all that the store offers. After speaking with the young woman behind the counter, I was informed that they will soon have cookies and cupcakes in addition to the candy, yogurt, and gelato. I highly recommend this place.
