This Starbucks location is hands down my favorite one I’ve been too, I continue to go back because the service is beyond excellent. Staff is always very welcoming and joyful, in addition the bathrooms are always very clean. They also make the drinks how I actually order them!

Best Starbucks location in the high desert!!! All the staff have been there for years! Always nice and energetic!

Work and school have led me through the doors of Starbucks all over the country (including the original Starbucks in Seattle), with the majority of visits to Starbucks being in West LA, Orange County, and the High Desert. As a whole, this location surpasses every Starbucks I have been to in these areas in nearly every domain (I.e., quality of service, quality of product, cleanliness, etc). The staff are especially friendly, enthusiastic, personable, and make a tremendous effort to get to know their costumers.

This Starbucks is definitely a part of the community. The baristas are kind, the orders are always filled on time, and it’s an all over lovely environment to be in.

Love this Starbucks here on main st service is great the workers are nice and everytime I get my iced coffee I get it just the way I like it thanks Starbucks keep up the good work

good service, staff very nice and after a few visits they rember your name idk how they do that. it gets crowded sometimes but their staff always greats people and they keep the line moving.

Well-​trained, friendly & responsive staff. Process flow not optimized for quick drink delivery. This Friday morning crew is nevertheless practiced in delivering excellent, accurate service to its customers.
At about 7:30 a.m. an unusual volume of customers had multiple drink orders, which often took longer because they didn’t immediately know all the specifics of the drinks on their list, which would have allowed the barista to make the beverages. «Does he want that hot or cold? ‘Duh, I dunno, lemme call him.’» The order-​takers showed their mettle by keeping their poise through a string of these multi-​fuzzy-​orders.
I’ll return to this SBUX rather than the one a couple miles west of here, when I’m next in the neighborhood.

I tried something different so I got a Smore’s Frapuccino, it’s GOOD! But sweet. I might have a new favorite

This place is awesome… unlike many places their staff is so nice.. every time and they always make sure that you leave content!

This Starbucks has a serious parking issue. The parking lot is entirely to small and narrow, which makes it extra difficult to park if you have a larger vehicle like a truck or suv. If that’s not annoying enough, there is always creepy characters loitering around asking for money. I don’t frequent this location because of those 2 reasons. Still give 3 stars because the employees are always nice and make the drinks well.

I only come back to this location to see if the service had gotten any better. Only visiting quarterly I find it never changes. Yesterday, being second in line waited 12 minutes for just a cup of coffee, while the girl at the register botched the order continuously of the person in front of me. All while the other two workers washed dishes and talked amongst themselves while the line grew.
I’ll continue to pass by this location even though it’s the closest to where I live.

I hardly ever update reviews but in this case I had to, this is the closest starbucks to my work and yes it has an awful parking situation, no drive thru, gets busy quickly, longer than usual wait times but the staff here is just fantastic! They now recognize me (and almost everyone else) when I walk in, always get my orders just right, SUPER friendly and always smiling! It feels much more personal, totally loving it!

I do love this star bucks I don’t always go in, maybe 3 times a month but when I do they always remember me, always friendly and quick. And never bothered when I order a weird special drink for my daughter. Always friendly faces that make you feel welcome. I feel bad that I don’t remember their names :(so I can give them a shout out. But the staff today ⁹⁄₁₁ 9 am was on point !

This is theeeeeee best Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’m considered a «Starbucks snob» they know everyone who walks through the door and of they don’t they make it a point to get to know you, so friendly, my drink is always made to perfection the atmosphere is great. I’ve been coming to this particular Starbucks since I was 15 evey morning before school I’m now 21, still love the same drink. Haha.

Love the morning crew here. They are always very friendly and efficient. You can tell they all get along with one another and enjoy working together. It gets very crowded at this location and they always seem to be working very hard to get drinks out in a timely manner.

This is one of my fav Starbucks. The Employees are kind they know how to make good drinks. They know your name if your a regular. It’s so nice to know your going to be greeted with a smile and a great drink.

It’s a nice place to unwind after work or during a lunch break. They make great Lime Refreshers:). The baristas and cashiers make you feel welcomed (like a home away from home feel). Tables are clean, the store smells of rich coffee, the seats are comfortable, the Wifi is strong, and so on. I recommend it :).

The staff is always warm and friendly, the store (and restrooms!) are always clean, and the drinks are made to Starbucks standards (time effecient and tasty). An A+ store.

Great service, orders are filled in a timely manner, and the interior along with their bathrooms are always clean. Never had an issue here. Starbucks can get to be an expensive habit, but some of their drinks are really worth the occasional splurge. I love ordering the vanilla latte, but the seasonal pumpkin spice lattes are a real treat when the fall season rolls around. They also offer seasonal pumpkin spice muffins in their bakery.
On one occasion, I ordered my usual vanilla latte, but they were so busy that I was mistakenly given the iced version of the drink. The barista was gracious about her error and promptly made the hot version on the spot and told me I could keep the iced drink as a bonus. Fantastic customer service.
The only downside of this location is how cramped the parking lot gets, especially in the mornings. It’s easier to park further away at the grocery store parking lot and just walk the short distance over while the other drivers battle out their turn with all the coming and goings in that small lot directly in front of the store.
