I did not like the molten chocolate latte for Valentine’s Day. Tasted like it was made with water. Not milky or creamy at all. Should have stuck to my regular white chocolate mocha latte. Drive thru took for eve too !

I will continue to go here! They are fast and efficient! They have great attitudes!!! All about drive through coffee if I don’t have to wait forever! Great location!

I ordered almost 20 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for my drink currently. This sucks. I’m standing right in front of them and they won’t even ask if I’m waiting on anything. Smh.
Finally after 25 minutes of standing in front of them they asked. About to get my drink, finally. Thank you.

Easy to get to off of the freeway which makes lines very big but they seem to really try hard to make the line keep moving!

Met my friend for coffee, no soap in the men’s bathroom. Told the barista and he said he’ll get on it. Many, many minutes later my friend uses the restroom and still no soap. The soap dispenser wasn’t empty, it was just missing. Having no soap in the men’s restroom at a very busy coffee shop is a sanitary issue. How can an establishment that serves and handles food and drink not have soap?!? Gross.

This Starbucks location has the nicest, friendliest baristas that go out of their way to get to know you. They ensure that your order is done exactly right. They always serve you with a smile. The store is well maintained and clean, considering this is a high traffic store. I highly recommend this location!

Almost every time I go to the drive thru, I brace myself for at least a 15 – 20 min wait. I’ve had to have my drinks remade a handful of times because they missed something while preparing. The staff is friendly but due to the high volume of customers, the drinks are rushed and not up to par most of the time. From my experience with other Starbucks, if I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive thru I received a free drink, not here. I’m pretty sure I’ll stick to the Bear Valley Starbucks since they are warm, welcoming and friendly and always get the drinks right even if there is a rush.

They always make our drinks right, BUT the waiting period is awful. We weren’t that far back in the drive thru, but it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Any other day. Normal waiting period at this location is 15 – 20 minutes

The barista was friendly here. My toasted gingerbread latte was delicious and extra hot. Quick service, friendly baristas… easy peasy!

Used the mobile order function and when I went in to pick it up none of the 10 employees aknowledged me. I was out right ignored and avoided. When I picked up my drink the girl who refused to look at me until I was obviously irritated just said «we’re out of the topping you ordered so yeah.»
Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. I normally avoid it because they are so slow, I thought the app would help them. Nope. It took me forever to pull out because the drive through line was, like always, wrapped around to the Main St drive way. Never going there again.
Slow, rude, didn’t make the drink I ordered and didn’t care.

I’ve been at the Starbucks many times. It’s convenient and close to the freeway. It’s also right next-​door to the Chevron station and if you need fuel this is a great place for travelers. The service is consistently good with a smile considering that this is a busy Starbucks location.

Wow, 22 minutes in the drive thru on this Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Never again. Still 3^rd in line to pay and get my drink. So I guess it will probably be 30 minutes total for a little iced tea.

Two stars for always getting my drink order correct… minus 3 stars for being the slowest Starbucks in the High Desert. If you come to this location make sure you have an extra 20 minutes to spare because that’s how long it takes, no matter what you order.

Service is usually good here. My Mom recently went for her free Birthday drink and went through the drive-​thru. She ordered a tea and a Frappuccino. When she got up to the window she told the gentleman working there that she wanted to get her free birthday drink. The gentleman then made a snide remark of, «let me guess, you want to use it on the cheaper one?» Then to say just kidding. Well kidding or not, you shouldn’t be making a rude remark at all! When she got her drink, the Frappuccino was half full. Most of it was foam! We’ve never had problems with this location before, so I don’t know what the problem was. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Almost always a lot of patrons but the staff is efficient and friendly. The cashier yesterday even took time to suggest a cookie straw. Yummy!

I knew I should have never come back to this location. I am currently sitting in the drive thru for TEN MINUTES waiting to just order my drink! These people are so slow! I had an extra 30 minutes to kill before an appointment and now I am going to be late.

If I can avoid it, I do not go to Starbucks. Sadly, in the high desert, the only «good» coffee is 15 miles away from me. This Starbucks location is much closer for me.
I’ve been getting generally the same drinks here for the past 2 or 3 years, and they have a consistent product. I’m not going to comment on whether or not I like it.
Their service years ago was AMAZING. Fun, funny, personable employees. Every summer I disappear from the high desert and reappear in the fall. Since Oct 2014, the service has gone from not good to pretty darn bad. The employees do not greet you, there’s nothing personable about them — they weren’t rude, but they just don’t take the time to actually care about their customers anymore. I’m not sure if there is a new manager, but if so, it’s time for a change.
Also, are they allowed to use their own personal iPods on Pandora or Spotify for the music? Starbucks has their own internal radio, which is set up with a the proper preamp and equalizer settings… what ever was being played not only had such bad sound quality it made us irritable, but they were playing pop-​country (which I’ve never heard in Starbucks, ever) — plus, there were advertisements. I asked the counter guy what station this was, and he said, «it’s my iPhone, it’s ma’ jam! Tomorrow is 80’s day!» Please put the regular radio back on, it ruins your consistent atmosphere. I’m sure ASCAP or BMI would be happy to visit this location to check their music licensing.

Stopped here yesterday on the way to Palm Springs.
Not too full, great service, super clean store and they made our drinks very quickly.
Not the best java chip frappé I’ve ever had but it did the trick and held me through until lunch.
I’ll be back should I need a fix and be in the area, but I prefer several locations in the area a bit more.

SLOW… I was literally waiting in line for minutes… And I was just 3^rd in line with the ones in front of my ordering just one drink each… Very slow, even just place your order… Maybe it’s because I come from larger, busier cities? Idk…
Positive is that it’s right off the freeway and with a drive thru…

Idea location for those drive by car Vegas runs! Located off of Main St just off the 15 frwy on the North east side of the street — it’s a perfect place for a jolt caffeine, snack or pit stop.
I ended stopping going to and returning from my Vegas run and the Baristos took great care of me. The place is quite large and roomy and also has a drive thru and I’m sure it’s busy due to the location. BTW they stay open until 11:00 pm daily.
I’ll be using this Starbucks often and will work out nicely when I’m visiting clients here in the area.
