«Great» customer service come in to wait for the pharmacy to open they let some random lady come in and cut in front of me for cough syrup (guess her health is more important). Pharmacy opens 15 minutes late. The girl is rude taking my prescription then tells me it’s going to take 30 minutes for 10 pills I guess 3 minutes a pill is need too be concentrated on. The store manager goes to tell the lady whose off on another aisle why the pharmacist is late can’t tell me even though I’m sitting in the pharmacy waiting area such service!

The store is always clean inside. I’ve been shopping here on and off for about 8 years. Lately, customer service is hit-​and-​miss. I have had check-​out clerks ask me if I found everything alright, make eye contact, tell me my total, and genuinely seem to care about my shopping experience. On the other hand, I’ve had check-​out clerks who would rather socialize with other staff members rather than give me the time of day. Sometimes all of the shopping carts are inside, while other times they’re scattered all over the parking lot while staff members are too busy chatting with each other to worry about customer convenience.
Basically, you’ll find what you need in a clean store, though you’re probably on your own to find it.

Everytime I come here I have to wait atleast 15 minutes to get any type of service. I pick up my aunts medicine in the drive up pharmacy quite frequently, I have lil ones and it makes it hard to get them all out of the car to go inside all the time. Today will b my last time coming here. I have been sitting in my car waiting for someone to answer for over 20 minutes. If the medicine was not so important to my aunts health, I would say to hell with it and just leave. We are switching to Walgreens! Rite Aid pharmacy you suck, and not to mention my groceries are getting warm! Ughhh

Really, these ppl are so rude, not sure why I still come in here. But every time that I have come in it’s like a ghost town, and don’t even ask to get ice cream… they look over and over at you, I think they are hoping you will leave and they won’t have to sell you ice cream. Nope nope nope Walgreens is next right across the street and are so much nicer and helpful.

I had bad customer service there a few years ago and decided to use Walgreen’s went in there the other day for something they only carrying it was nice to see things have NOT changed… When I went to register. no hi, good day nothing… I will NEVER return there… Customer service is ROTTEN!
