Little Caesars Pizza

This store never has anything ‘hot and ready’ during the advertised times they say they will. their 8 – 10 minute wait time is more often 15 – 20 minutes. The customer service here is so poor. They have so many people behind the counter but nothing ever seems to be done in a timely fashion.

Time I was waiting one girl was working the register and one guy was cooking pizzas. The other three or four were in the back laughing and talking and doing very little.

Very disappointed in the customer service of this store. I called and asked the specials. I was told about 2 specials. So I said I would take the bacon wrapped deep dish special for $ 10 and ordered 2 other pizza’s as well. Our daughter went to pick up, our bill was to be 28. xx, she was charged 30.83. So I looked at the receipt. We were overcharged on the bacon wrapped. I called and I was informed by Rebecca to bring untouched pizza in and receipt and they would refund me. I said that’s kind of unrealistic as it was set on counter and kids instantly dug in. I wasn’t looking for a refund in full, but the $ 2 difference which she had confirmed with co worker was quoted was appropriate, she declined and said no and hung up.
We frequent this location many many many times a month, very disappointed in the customer service, but the pizzas were great! Turns out to me, The customer service has made more of an issue to me now, then being overcharged issue. May be time for some training.

Plastic bag cooked inside the breadstick, GROSS! They offered for me to drive back to «buy back» my breadsticks. Don’t waste your time here although you do get more than you pay for if your into random stuff in your food.

As you can tell from the one star ratings, this store doesn’t care about quality. My main problem with it is they don’t bother docking the crust, so it puffs up into huge wart-​like bubbles with no topping on them. Very unappetizing. I’ve emailed corporate several times about this before reviewing their pizza here, but their customer service department apparently doesn’t care either.

I just ordered the five dollar pizza and it was the best one I have found in the high desert. The cheese was hot and melted. They have a desk that gives you a pizza, bread sticks, and a drink for about ten dollars.

They offer large cheese and pepperoni pizzas for five dollars, ready to go when you walk in. Ideal for pizza parties at school for little kids because to them, pizza is pizza no matter where it comes from and it’s cheap for the parents. I do remember when Little Caesar first opened up in Hesperia many, many years ago and my friends used to eat here often. We loved their crazy breads. Something changed over the years and it eventually became a $ 5 gimmick for cardboard pizza.
