I love this place. Pretty busy usually, but good stuff at great prices. The no hassle returns on hand tools with the lifetime warranty is real cool. I think they have outgrown this location. How about another in Victorville?

This place needs new management or re-​training. I went in to return a harbor freight merchandise that only harbor freight sells, and was denied because I didn’t have my receipt on me. I’ve purchased thousands of dollars every year there and had to return items b4 without a receipt, or any issues. now all of a sudden its an issue? This place needs to be consistent, if no receipt gets a no return (even though it’s a harbor freight only merchandise and shouldn’t matter) then keep it that way and not go back and forth about it. this incident took place at around 7pm and denied by Management, i believe her name was Jackie. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service could be better seems like all the employees are hating their job and I like the little post the put up about the internet being down maybe put one up more noticeable for people to see so they dont waste their time going in there trying to use a credit or Debt card

I bought a small dog crate here for my small dog. It isn’t petsmart quality or even as good as something you would find at Walmart but it was only $ 27 and it works great. I haven’t had any problems with it and I needed it to replace my large crate that I had been using. I didn’t want to spend a lot because I already have a few crates.
I recommend going to harbor freight if you need something that will not get hard use. Something that is for a few time use of for a light job. There are a ton of deals here but know what you are buying.
They have a pretty good return policy and the employees are really helpful. They will carry heavy items out and help you load things. I have even had them help me find things on my list when I was sent to the store for stuff I didn’t know what was.
They are open weekends too.

Good store with a lot to choose from. The store always stinks really badly of rubber. I feel sorry for those people who have to work in that everyday. The service is marginal, they will help you but you always have to ask and then 9 out of 10 times it kind of feels like they are irritated that you asked.

The idea of Harbor Freight is awesome, but in reality its a bunch of cheap stuff with «less than desirable» people clogging the aisles. If you need a specific item for cheap, this is your place.

Spring Valley Lake, CA
Not so big compared to other Harbor Freight Tools location I been too. A few times I was here and noticed the same thing, it’s always clean and organize. Staff are cool and willing to help you. Good place to find inexpensive decent tools and anything you can find that you would like to have in your garage. Store layout is easy to navigate. Coupons and weekly specials are available.
