I can’t express how AWESOME of a job Ozzie did on giving our pool table a much needed facelift! He was extremely professional and punctual! I’m throwing a birthday party for my husband and we called him in a pinch … He offered to come quickly and we are so glad he did! His pricing is great and service was even better! Thank you Ozzie for all of your hard work!

Called Wednesday for an appointment, scheduled it for Friday at 10:00 am. 7:00 pm Thursday I receive a text stating «I’m afraid we can’t make it tomorrow.» Tried texting multiple times after this cancellation to figure out when we can reschedule and why they were cancelling. 3 text messages went unresponded to.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say that I think the reason they flaked is because they’re located in Hesperia yet are advertising on Craigslist in SAN DIEGO CITY. Hmm… Doesn’t seem like a great business model, especially if you don’t want to drive that far.
Two stars because apparently they do good work (from reading their other reviews) but I won’t get to find out.
