HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I loved going into this place until yesterday 07−25−13! I walked in and asked where a specific item was and was immediately made to feel stupid just for asking! I found what I was looking for and when I went to pay the lady tossed my card back and me and said «Sign this… please.» I ripped my card and receipt out of her hand and left the store. I would have given her product back if I didn’t need it so bad. I was furious and called her and she apologized and that it had been a long day! She had only been open for 2 hours! This is the closest BJ’s to me but just for the way she acted, I will NEVER set foot in her store again! I will be sure to post this on every site and make sure people steer clear! I have worked in customer service and I could never imagine treating someone the way she treated me yesterday! STAY AWAY!!!
