Place refuses to give you an estimate over the phone. I figured out the problem on my own but wasn’t willing to attempt the repair, simply wanted to know what it would cost to have said repair down and they refused to give me an estimate. They wanted to schedule a $ 59 dollar service call to to already tell me what I know, but than what if they come in way to expensive I have to eat the $ 59 charge. Bad business practices!!! Be up front with your customers, if they ask what it cost to replace a fuse, you should be able to provide an «estimate» any intelligent person knows and estimate is just that.

Accutemp Heating & AC provided me great service and a great price when I needed to replace my AC system. Their guys were friendly, polite, and explained everything I needed to know. They were also willing to go the extra mile when my new AC Condenser was too big to fit in the spot where the old one sat without blocking my walkway. I can’t recommend this business enough!

We had a terrible experience. Project was not finished on schedule and unqualified personnel on the job. Jay (owner) was not onsite to oversee project as he promised and was difficult to get on the phone. Furthermore, the billing was inaccurate slow to correct.
