Tulli’s Shoe Store & Repair

I’m home visiting my parents for the holidays and am flying out to San Francisco in the morning. I had bought replacement tips for a pair of heels and planned to replace them myself. Should have known such an «easy task» wouldn’t be so easy. The tips didn’t fit and I was in a bind. I called Tulli’s and they said they would take me as a walk-​in and hopefully be able to fix them. Sure enough — they did! Tulli’s is fast, friendly, and really helped me when I was in a bind. I’m tempted to bring home all of my shoes for service each time I visit my parents now.

Did an excellent job repairing my equestrian riding boot. Very quick and reasonably priced.

Great service and good pricing. Have had a few shoes re-​soled here. Only reason they have 4 stars is because one time they misplaced my shoes and made me wait a little but they thankfully found them! Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I found a shoe repair place that is open when I can get to them, has a quick turn around time, does great work, and doesn’t over-​charge me. Will most certainly be back.

I’ve been going to Tulli’s since I was a child. Mr. Tulli, who was a friend of my father’s, used to say that my feet were as wide as a spade!
I’ve bought shoes and had repairs done there for many years and will continue!

Discovered this place while on a hunt for a shoe repair shop. This place fits the bill! I’ve taken many shoes there to be resoled and have been shocked when they come back to me in even better condition than when I dropped them off. They had been shined/​buffed and looked almost brand new (which is a feat considering they are $ 200 shoes, several years old and I’m their second owner! Remix Vintage shoes are incredible)
I’ve also gotten things tailored there. It was an interesting, yet good experience. The seamstress knows very little English, which didn’t really bother me because she knew what she was doing and seemed to understand what I was asking. I got a floor length bridesmaids dress (two layers, one a flowing chiffon the other a acetate underskirt) shortened as well as the strap length shortened for $ 40. Seemed like a great deal to me! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I got the dress back there was a tiny nick/​hole in the outer chiffon fabric near the straps. No one will see this when wearing due to the size of the nick, but I was still a tad unhappy regardless as the dress was quite expensive and now it has a nick :(Also, I would have loved if they had given me a clear, plastic garment bag for the item like at the dry cleaners. They just handed it to me on a hanger and I paid for the item and left.
As a very important side note: They only take CASH. So, bring that when you pick your shoes up!

They sell very nice high end shoes, it is a good place to have your shoes repaired

I’ve used this place alot in the last year or two for heel repairs on dress shoes and leather boots and have been really happy with their work and prices. Not that I have much to compare to. But many of the ladies i work with use Tullis to keep their shoes in good repair. Their service is pretty fast as well. I would recommend.
