First off, it’s organic cleaning. Second, if there’s any problem with your items, they fix it without issue. Cracked buttons, bent collars, whatever. Sometimes if the owner is there he’ll fix it right on the spot.
The tailor, Henry, is great. Been there 20 years. He gets it right and he’ll tell you up front if he can’t.

I am not really sure what they are doing here. I would never suggest getting any tailoring done at this shop. Prices are far higher than what you would expect to pay outside of a major city and the quality of the work is sub-​par.
I took two sport coats in for tailoring. The side-​seams and back seam were to be adjusted on both and the sleeves lengthened on one. When I pick up the clothes, the original suit hangers had been replaced by wore ones and the garment bags were missing along with all the extra buttons that were stitched inside the jackets!
The fit was too tight on both which I attribute to the tailor not taking proper measurements and «eyeballing» the size. The stitching picked up halfway down the old seams and is already beginning to unravel because they were not gone over twice at the begging and ends.
The construction of the lengthened sleeves was appalling. They are different lengths. Unfinished fabric edges are showing on the outside! They flare out like a funnel.

Use caution — just went to pick up my husbands Tuxedo that was bought in as part of a larger order. The Tuxedo is missing and can’t be located.

They do an A+ job! I highly recommend Heritage for your dry cleaning needs.
