I placed an order WITH THEIR HELP and it was incorrect and they tried to blame me for the wrong amount that was ordered. I politely accepted it once and when it happened again, I refused to give in and made them fix it. Now they act unprofessionally and ignore me when I browse the store. I will take my business elsewhere.

Have been buying my paint from Richie for over 20 years. Benjamin Moore is the best paint around. Just painted my 3rd house completely inside with the newer Benjamin Moore product: Aura. It is incredible. Covers a wall like no other paint and allows you to clean the walls without leaving marks. The contractor I used to paint my house was amazed with this product.
