Back again! I love these ladies so much. Leg warmers. They have ‘em and they are perfect for winter. So glad Herndon has a dance gear store.

The Cinnamon Tree is a store that specializes in dance gear. Fantastic customer service. Nicest ladies ever. The ladies here were great at sizing my daughter for her dance shoes. They knew which color my daughter’s studio tends to recommend and they were patient when I called to verify the color she needed for her spring recital. We will return!

I’ve been taking my daughter to this shop for several years and though it’s a long drive for us, it’s always a pleasant experience. The owner is such a beautiful gem and her employees are always very nice. When my daughter went for her first pair of pointe shoes, the ladies made her feel special and they were a big part of a proud day for her. They have great stock and knowledge. I needed a pair of ballet shoes for myself, so recently ordered online, which I now regret. Even though I used the manufacturer’s sizing chart, they are too small, so the discount I may have gotten online and the convenience in not making the drive are now moot. I will be going to Cinnamon Tree tomorrow and paying return postage on the other shoes. CT is holding the right slippers for me. I should have made the time in the first place to get fitted correctly and support local business!

For as long as I can remember, dance has been a part of my life. And for as long as I can remember, Cinnamon Tree has been a part of my dance life. Sure, we can order most items online at discount dance supply retailers. But this place makes you feel like you are the best and most important dancer in the world. I love exploring the store and fining random goodies. Be it a cute leotard or shoe accessory for teaching, we love supporting this store.
I am really looking forward to this store being around as my nieces grow and fall in love with dance and this store.

We took our daughter here several times for ballet shoes, stockings, hair nets, and a leotard. Its a tiny specialty shop that still manages to always have lots of friendly help (and lots of customers). The store is still run by the same nice lady that owned it when my sister was my daughter’s age! We’ve never had a bad experience and recommend it to anyone looking for dance supplies.

I found myself in need of some ballroom shoes in a hurry. I got to the store only about 10 – 15 minutes before closing, and I felt terrible about being «that shopper»… but they were so incredibly nice and helpful! I got exactly the shoes I wanted, and for a fantastic price! I will definitely be back!
