Need a little bling before your beach vacation? A twinkling trinket to take to your loved one? This is the place. The associates are VERY nice and are happy to help you with whatever you need. They have a great selection of rings, pendants and bracelets: everything from cute and kiddy to chic and sophisticated.
I was celebrating a milestone birthday, complete with a «Birthday Diva» tiara and sash, and killing time during a flight delay when one of the associates called out to me, «Hey, is it your birthday?»
I replied that it was and she told me to come over because she had something for me. I thought that it was a clever way to lure me in, but what the hell… it’s my birthday. I’ll bite.
She reached into one of the cabinets, pulled out a set of three crystal bracelets, told me to enjoy and to have a happy birthday and sent me on my way.
No sales pitch.
No «You know what would look good with these?»
None of that.
That gesture made me feel so special and I won’t soon forget it. They definitely have made a customer and fan out of me! Check them out the next time you’re at BWI; I’m sure you’ll be a fan too!
