You are right that I did not call Silverline about the problem we encountered; however, this was my wedding day, and I was extremely busy, as you can imagine. Being on hold on the phone was the last thing I should have been doing. I am glad that you have confirmed what was told me when I originally booked the service, which is that I could use the bus back and forth as needed. At least I was not under the wrong impression. If you are serious about rectifying this situation, a refund of one hour’s worth of service($ 107) would make up for the additional round-trip shuttle we were denied(it’s about 30 minutes each way). I think that would go a long way toward proving to your customers that you are serious about making sure this doesn’t happen again. Thanks!
