This is my new go-to. I have been going to phở Royal in Sterling, equally delicious. But I enjoy this broth much better. So fresh and delicious.

Great location for a Viet restaurant. Been looking for a good alternative to Phở Reston which happens to a full menu place. This one comes very close in terms of menu choices. The place is still new and the guy behind the counter is gregarious. Phở was amazing. Always judge a Viet restaurant by their Phở. I tried 4 Phở places in 4 days and this is probably the best. I tried Phở Royal, Phở 70, Phở Reston and this. The broth was just right and not too salty. Really enjoyed it.

I specifically recommend the large bowl serving of Tai Nam. Seating is not very crowded. This is an excellent place to stop before or after a lengthy flight. Seating can be quite generous. The facilities appear very modern. Vietnamese coffee is not too bad either. The only slight downside is that one needs a car to travel here but this is well worth the stop in my own opinion.

I love this place. I’ve been coming to the other phở place in Reston that the owner owns to for about 5 years now and since I moved to Herndon I am glad he opened one closer to me. The phở broth is amazing, it’s the only time I never need to add the brown duck sauce to it, it’s amazing as is. This is also the only phở place where I can finish the whole thing easily and it will have me licking the bowl!

My friend and I were meeting up for lunch and a chance to catch up so we wanted some place casual. We settled on phở and with the power of Unilocal it led us here. We both ordered the Hanoi Combo which is: Choice of Beef or Chicken or Tofu Noodle Soup(Regular Bowl), Choice of 1 Spring Roll or 1 Summer Roll, &1 Soda. I ordered the chicken phở with summer roll and hot tea instead of the soda. My friend settled for the tofu(fried) and summer roll with hot tea. The service was super fast and within less than 10 minutes all the food was out. The summer roll came with a nice peanut dipping sauce that complimented the roll. The chicken phở broth was a little bland at first taste. Once I added some fish sauce, pepper, and some srirachi sauce. That was the winning combination for me. The chicken was more in strips and would have preferred more chunks. Just a personal preference I guess. The hot tea tasted a little like lavender and I am not sure the kind that they used. We were never offered refills on the water nor were we checked in on us during our meal. This place is a no frilly place so don’t expect anything amazing. You come here for the food not the service. Please note the bathrooms are well maintained and you pay for your bill at the cash register.

Stuck on a 10 hour layover, I was determined to leave the airport for anything that wasn’t a chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon Phở Dulles 75! I’ve been eating viet food since I was a kid, so I’m no stranger to it. We asked for the Bo Luc Lac – which is ordinarily beef cubes. What came out weren’t in cubes, but it definitely tasted pretty good! The portion size was generous and it was a meal well spent. A good viet restaurant is a welcomed changed from the fast food chains around it!

Decided to catch up with a best friend and what better way to do it than over a nice hot bowl of Phở on this cold night! We heard about this fairly new place, so decided to try it out. First off, the customer service was as expected, very polite and helpful in explaining their combo deals. My friend got a small phở with chicken — white meat(~$ 8). I got the Hanoi Combo(small phở with beef, chicken, or tofu — Egg roll or spring roll — and a soda ~$ 9). To my surprise the lady there said Boba tea is an option if I don’t want a soda. That’s actually a steal considering the Boba tea itself costs $ 3.50! My friend really enjoyed her bowl of phở. I thought it was pretty good, just a bit bland for my personal preference. Which is not necessarily a bad thing cause better bland than salty, right? You can add other sauces to it to fix that issue. I like that it’s not overly oily like other phở places I’ve been to and they were generous with the bean sprouts and basil(FRESHONESTOO)! Also, they give you so much noodles and broth. We were happily full and warm after :) We lost track of time talking and stayed there for a while after finishing our food. No one made us uncomfortable or feel rushed like I have experienced with other places, so I really appreciated that. Our overall experience was great! I’d come back to try their other dishes. Definitely would recommend this place, so you should go and give it a try!

Phở Dulles 75 is a fairly new Phở spot in the Herndon area, and I give it a thumbs up! The service is always really friendly and nice! They are quick to seat you, and the food comes out fast as well. Both times, I got the Hanoi Combo(they have 3 combos on one of the menu pages), which comes with a bowl of your choice of(beef, chicken, or veggie) phở, a spring roll or summer roll, and a soda. It’s $ 9-something for the combo, which is a good deal considering how big the bowl of phở is. I compared my small bowl of phở to my bf’s large bowl across the table, and it is really a good size! A small at Phở Dulles 75 is probably a med-large at other places. As another reviewer mentioned, they give you a ton of noodles and broth(my bf couldn’t even finish his broth). Good price for your money! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the broth seems like it’s missing something. It still hits the spot, but adding fish sauce and extras like peppers helps give it more flavor. I don’t like adding anything to my phở soup usually, but since the broth is very light here, you should for more flavor!

Broth was flavorful, the place was clean, and the staff friendly. Started with the egg roll which had a good flavor to the meat. Food was slower than phở average to come out, but still nothing too long. They give plenty of broth, with the average amount of meat and noodle. I ordered the coconut bubble tea at the end which lacked flavor and was slushy instead of milky, but it wasn’t that serious. Overall, phở was good!

Pretty spacious interior and definitely will be revisiting to try the non-phở dishes. It took longer than average for the bowl of phở to come out. Usually around the area, you just have to wait like 5 minutes at the most. This took around 10 – 15 minutes, but probably because one person ordered vermicelli and they were trying to bring out all of the dishes simultaneously. Ordered a large Tai, Bo Vien. And dang… they sure give you lots of noodles and broth, which is amazing. There’s also a reasonable amount of meat. Slightly disappointed that the tai(steak) got cooked fully; I’m used to have it slightly raw and then progressively cooked as I stir broth. Nevertheless, the steak was still tender as ever! The broth itself had a certain sweetness and depth to it derived from the beef and a touch of lime accentuated it well. They even have boba; gotta try this next time. Pay up front once you’re done and help yourself to a fortune cookie.

This is my husband’s review, following. I haven’t even sat down to eat the food yet, & I already love this place. It’s Christmas Eve, we just traveled here from Los Angeles, and arrived at Dulles needing somewhere to eat. The lady kept her restaurant open for us, even though they were just about to close. We ordered, she’s very helpful, and pleasant, and one of the greatest indicators of all for me, the bathroom, sold me. It is super clean not extra extravagant, but nice. We are used to going to eat at Westminster, and I can guarantee you none of the bathrooms are like this. Always makes you wonder if they are like that with the food cleanliness. I’m hoping the food is lives up to that also. I will add a review in a moment. So far, so, very great! Okay, food came. She made a soda lemonade for me, that wasn’t even on the menu. Again, great service. For me, someone who is not entirely qualified to rate the food, my comparison is against Little Saigon in Westminster, and against some of the best places there I would give this maybe a 4.

Absolutely no complaints about the service… Fast/Clean(no thumb in the phở when they bring it over)/Friendly. As for the food, Phở taste so much from person to person that I think leaving comments about it are a waste of time. All I can say is that this place is worth your time and money.

Its nice to see a Phở place in the same strip mall where the international grocery is located. Service is quick, very clean place, has a lot of Vietnamese dishes to choose from aside from the usual phở and spring rolls. It’s worth visiting to explore their menu.

This is the second location for the owner of the legendary Reston Phở 75(Tall Oaks Shopping Center). That place has been my phở spot for 15+ years. I have my go-to phở dish, which is tofu with vegetarian broth. The broth is so rich and delicious, which I think some of you carnivores might find hard to believe, but it is true. I started on the beef broth when I first started going and gradually transitioned to chicken broth and then veg over the course of many, many years. It’s all good. I keep meaning to try other entrees but I can never seem to stray from the soup! It’s just too delicious. I love that the owner knows my order by heart«The usual?», and it appears that he must know every regular’s order by heart because I hear him say the same to the other patrons. I just tried the new location this week and it is on point. There are some subtle differences in the flavor, maybe due to new equipment, but still the same delicious soup that I crave.

I love great Vietnamese restaurants serving both phở & dishes. If I am in the area, I will come again. Personally, I am sick of Phở only places.

Recently opened. We ordered squid salad which was phenomenal and very well priced. They also have imported beers Singha and Sapporo Phở was very good. Excellent service, very clean location. One of the best places to have phở in the northern Virginia. 10⁄10 rating!

Outstanding new location! Delicious noodle soup. Crispy noodle dish is amazing too! Don’t wait for weather to change to have a hot bowl of yummyness! I have been going to their old location for 4 years and now new beautiful location is closer to my house. Service is great and food is the best!
