My Fiancé and I needed outfits for a wedding in India. we found Meenal’s on Unilocal and headed out there. Big Note: you must make an appt before you go if its during the week, she does not live there so if you showed up without an appt. no one would be there. That being said the boutique is a town home, which may sound weird but is really amazing. we went at 6:30 at night and were her only clients, so had her full attention. She has a nice selection of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and accessories. They lay out was very professional and private, we were able to try on clothes and walk around to see look at other options. We were able to try on lots of things without any pressure to buy it. My fiancé ended up getting a nice Sherwani and I got a gorgeous sari. She was great at helping me to put on the Sari and was willing to help me try on multiple. The prices were reasonable and there was a range if you wanted to spend more or less. My fiancé got shoes to go with his outfit. She showed me how I could get my Sari pleated and had her tailor friend do it, she gave him a call and in 5 minutes we were at his house and he took my measurements and we were on our way, the sari will be ready in 1 week to pick up. It was a really nice experience, she was so sweet and friendly and very helpful with all our un-knowledgeable questions about Indian wedding attire.

I don’t have much experience shopping for Indian clothes(they also have accessories I noticed), but my fiancé needed something for a wedding. We found this place, and we’re glad we did! They were helpful and sized up my fiancé well. He wore the kurta to the wedding, and got many compliments on it and the color. Just a head’s up, it’s in a townhouse in a residential area. My fiancé was a little apprehensive at first, but my more adventurous attitude led us to the door. It was a fabulous experience, and I would certainly go back in heartbeat!

Can’t say enough about how helpful Meenhal was. I needed a dress for a friend’s Pakistani wedding but had no idea where to start. Meenhal answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. She had a ton of inventory(at reasonable prices) so I had a lot of options to try on. She was very patient and not at all pushy. I found all my accessories as well. I hope I get a chance to shop here again! Very excited to wear this beautiful outfit!

My fiancée’ and have been to numerous shops in Chicago and Atlanta, but couldn’t find the right sherwani. While on business in Virginia, we decided to look in the area. We were surprised by the wonderful selection at Meenal’s. She was extremely helpful and her prices were very reasonable.

Visited this place today as I was looking for Nehru Jacket for so many days. Glad that I visited. They have very good collection for sure. Very happy that I found the perfect jacket for our event on Saturday.

This place was amazing! It was the second«store»(actually located in someone’s townhouse) I visited while looking for something to wear to an Indian wedding. This place had an amazing selection of things that were both beautiful and high quality. I ended up buying two outfits instead of one because they were so pretty. The owner Meenal was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I mentioned something about accessorizing and she pointed out that it would be cheaper to buy something once I got to India. The prices were on par with what I’d expect to pay at a local department store.

Meenal’s has pretty good selection, better than other local shops in the area. The customer service is excellent — you will not be pressured, and Meenal and her husband are ready to help if you need it. I was surprised though, the store is actually in a townhouse. The sign on the door says call ahead for appointments, but we were able to come by on a Sunday afternoon without notice.
