I almost hate to leave this review because the rest of NOVA might find this gem of a place. Lara is awesome. Best wax ever! So professional and pleasant.

I first visited Lana about 2 ½ — 3 years ago when I found a Groupon for an organic facial. I was really impressed with her relaxing facility and her care in listening to my sensitive skin issues. I’ve been back every six months ever since for an hour-​long facial.
She is knowledgeable and through. She has a pleasant personality and calming voice. She cleans up my blackheads with skill! My skin is properly cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized. I hate to go home and muck it up with make-​up. ;)

I have only visited Lana one time, but it was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and welcoming and she was very knowledgeable and confident in her skills. Her spa is adorable and made me feel very welcomed and at ease. I rescheduled my next appointment when I was in last and I will definitely continue to visit Lana.

Very relaxing! It is worth to get body scrub and massage. My skin is healthier and smooth! No more tension muscle!

I’ve experienced microdermabrasion with Lana — I was thinking about having several microderm treatments for better results — but unfortunately all the results I obtain after the first visit, was nothing but some bulged depigmentation on some parts of my skin, It’s been almost 3 weeks and those swollen spots are still there. Lana was kind enough to refund my money, but that did not resolve the damage left on my skin. Very disappointing.

Can’t say enough amazing things about Lana and her services. I’ve used her for waxing and massages for over a year now and always leave completely happy. She’s meticulous, hard working, pleasant to be around and her prices are the best in town. Her salon is quiet, clean and she uses the best products. She always takes the extra step to squeeze you in for a last minute appointment and never rushes you through your treatments.

Lana is AMAZING! Plain and simple. I go to her for waxing, she makes you feel very comfortable and she is so sweet. The thing I love most beside the service is when you have an appointment it’s just you and Lana there is not one else there waiting or you having to wait. I recommend Lana, she will not disappoint

I was pampered with a facial/​microderm that lasted almost 2 hours. Great products, knowledgeable esthetician, convenient hours… couldn’t have been a better experience. I left with lots of product samples and beautiful skin!

I originally found this spa because it’s one of the few places that offers facials/​exfoliation for your back, but after reading good reviews I thought I’d get my first waxing sessions done here first. That turned out to be a GREAT choice. The office is clean and welcoming, and in a quiet location. (They share office space with a therapist, but I never saw the doctor or any patients.) I had my legs done first, then came back for my first ever Brazilian, and I’m very happy. I had Lana both times, she’s quick and professional and very nice. It didn’t even hurt that much, despite all online evidence to the contrary. I will definitely be coming back to try out the other services, and I will recommend it to friends/​family who are looking for a treat at a spa.

This was the best massage I have ever had. Lana was amazing. I received a gift certificate last Valentine’s Day to Esprit Vital through Herndon Baseball fundraiser and I’m only sorry I waited so long to use it. I have probably been to 6 different spas around Herndon-​Reston and found several therapists that I’ve liked and gone for repeat massage. However, this was the best massage I’ve ever had and Lana May, the owner, has won my business for life.

I’m biased and hard to impress when it comes to massage — I’m spoiled with a close friend who I was a practice body for when she was in massage school and who has worked on me for years since becoming certified, so I compare every massage to her (not fair for other therapists, I know!). That said, Lana was fabulous! She zeroed in on a few knots that have been bothering me and really took the time to work them out. Even with the extra time spent on the trouble spots, I didn’t feel like I was deprived of the rest of the full body massage. I also had a facial, and she did magic on 2 bad spots (I don’t know what she did, but I wish I had seen her earlier!)… managed to get the redness, size, and dryness under control (hence why I used the word magic). And the heated massage table just takes it over the top.
I purchased one of the online coupons, but I think Lana is worth every cent she charges normally and I will be making another appointment as soon as I’m back from my national conference.
FYI she’s celebrating her 1 year anniversary and offering discounts on most services for the month of October. I can’t recommend her enough.

Last week I tried out Esprit Vital for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Lana is a great massage therapist and I felt wonderful during and after! Ah how fast an hour can fly (an hour at work never moves that fast!). The treatment room has a lovely atmosphere with calming music and lighting, plus the heated massage bed was a nice touch. I reccomend Lana’s services wholeheartedly, you will not be disappointed.

She is very knowledgeable about good skin care practices for the range of skin types (and concerns), as well as in various products (& product lines). For my customized facial (which was most relaxing), she was very thorough and professional, explaining each step, and when finished, my face glowed.
It was definitely worth the drive (from close to D.C.). Plus, there is ample (free) parking and the location is in a quiet business complex located right off of the Fairfax Co. Parkway. A great find!
