I have been getting all my problems solved here, which I could not get done at my Carrier location, If you want CUSTOMER SERVICE this is the place to go! Bravo guys.

This place is run by jerks who do not know how to operate a business. I would advise people to stay away: I brought in my wife’s iPad for repairs for a cracked screen. They promised a price of $ 119. On return, they upsold her a stick-​on screen protector similar to ones that sell for $ 5 for an additional $ 40 (!). (Scuzzy; obviously not illegal, she’s a grownup but they took advantage.) Two weeks later, the iPad stopped working because of a screen problem. We sent our nanny to drop it off. They fixed it and we picked it up the next day; no charge at that time. They then seem to have changed their minds and called us the next day to demand payment. Ummmm… that’s not how it works. Anyway, bad place. Jerks run it. Stay away at all costs.

Worst place to get your phone repaired. I came here because a friend and sprint told me to ask them if they could fix my Galaxy Note 3, my screen was cracked. Spoke to the person on the floor and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I came in the following day dropped off my phone and went to work. I had to call them to ask the status of my phone and they told me it would be another 2 hours. I called around 3 and again was told an hour wait. I called back at 6ish and they still weren’t ready. I went in around 7 and was told it would be ready by 8. So i waited only to have them tell me it wasnt going to be ready till tomorrow. I had to leave my phone and return the next day. Upon receiving my phone i noticed the back didnt closed properly and my home button was soooo lose. When i told them they said it was the glue that needed to dry. When i got home i noticed my sensor to turn my screen off when on a phone call also wasnt working. I went back only to have them tell me I need to buy a new peice! Why do i need to buy it if they messed it up?! DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to over pay for something not done right. I had to pay 170 total. I should of just bought a new phone if i knew this was going to happen. WORST $ 170 EVER SPENT!!!

The worst «cell phone» repair shop in the history of CELL PHONE repair.
I had a crack samsung galaxy4.
so I went to ATT&T and they told me to go here.
When I arrived, manager who was on duty, made me wait for 20 minutes
When my phone was fixed, I was thrill at first. (I paid more than $ 150+ don’t know the exact price)
approximately 6~8 weeks later screen turn black by itself.
also I realize the materials they were using, was extremely fragile.
I WOULD NOT GO HERE again!

I drove 20 minutes on Sunday to get a phone repaired and the place was locked up. Sign on the door stated opens at 11. Word to the wise, call first.

If you’re desperate to get your phone fixed, go here. But only if you’re desperate because your phone may not be the same afterwards. after I got my cracked screen fixed for $ 90, my touch screen sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I have to turn off and on. And my ear phones don’t fit in the headphone jack. I’ll be needing a new phone soon but at least it’s bought me a little time.

Top notch customer service at both the Herndon and the Arlington stores. Even when dealing with my teenage son they are polite and helpful. Their assessment was honest and their desire to repair my badly damaged phone was excellent, even requiring extra work on their behalf. if available, they also provide loaner phones so customers aren’t without. I recommend them highly!

Brought my iPhone 5s by upon recommendation after it was shut in the door of our SUV. Phone was responsive and functional, but the screen was completely shattered and the phone frame both bent and twisted.
I’m typing this review on my completely repaired phone :) These guys are miracle workers. They were super nice (even gave me the shop’s wifi password while I waited) and professional – completely unlike the experience of the other reviewer below. Repair took substantially longer than estimated, but charge was reasonable and came with a 90 day warranty.
I would absolutely revisit this business if I had another phone accident. Definitely recommend.

This was the second time I used them. First time to replace a broken screen on my galaxy phone and they were professional, fast and reasonably priced. This week they fixed the cracked display on my MacBook Pro and replaced the battery and some connections inside my wife’s Ipad. Once again I was very happy with how they fixed the items and they kept me informed of the progress as they went (bigger project then a phone). Their service prices are very reasonable. I would consider going anywhere else.

I purchased a cell case and got my screen fixed. Whatever the person sold me I purchased on good faith. The worst quality case which will not fit into my charger and the glass on the screen was flimsy, that it cracked in a few days time of my purchase.
The person whom I dealt with was rude and did not have a decency on how to talk to the customer. «All I got was a free advice and thank your star that you did not break your screen again»
Please save yourself and DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE INSULTED.

When my wife’s iPhone 5 screen cracked while still on contract, I priced a new one at a wireless store (ouch!) and a repair at another local shop (varying quotes and lots of conditions). Then I found Cell Depot that was willing to sell me the replacement screen at a very reasonable price so I could do the work myself, but Ferhan was so helpful offering me tips on how to do it and gave me such a good price on the labor I gave him the broken phone and left with a written quote.
I am very glad I did! He called later the same day when it was ready, and when I picked it up he tested it in front of me and honored the quote. The phone was even charged 100%! He also offered me discounts on cases and screen protectors that could prevent it from breaking again. There was no pressure — just excellent service. Next time I’m in the market for a repair, accessory, or even used laptop (which I saw they sometimes carry) I won’t hesitate to go there.
