Have been going here for years, the place is good, and the work is done well.

Great place to get things embroidered, screen printed, and athletic gear. They have a huge assortment of swim gear along with soccer and volleyball apparel. They also have 3 indoor sportcourts for volleyball.
I had my business shirts done here and they look fantastic. I also coach volleyball, so to find court space is impossible around northern Virginia, but Cassels always work with me in getting space.

On a Thursday, I called if I could get anything embroidered for a coaches’ gift. Kenny suggested blankets, pointed where I could see them online, and gave me an accurate quote. The only problem – I needed them by next Tuesday.
Kenny worked to get the order for the blankets in that day so they would have time to do the embroidery. The staff picked the exact right shade of embroidery thread (I left the shade choice to them as they had the blankets in hand – so glad I did).
By Tuesday at 2pm, I had the blankets in hand, and they were stunning. Not only did the coaches love them, but the parents who contributed to the gift were also appreciative.
Throughout the process, Kenny (with amazing patience) answered every question, responded quickly, and made wonderful suggestions to help me get a great product. I can’t imagine better service or a better product.

I would not use Cassel’s again.
Went in December 2012 to have a zippo lighter engraved and to get an engraved plate for an urn. I placed the order and was told it would be ready in a week. A week later I called to check. The woman I spoke to said, «I completely forgot what size plate and what color.» A phone call would have been nice to tell me that my order was not complete because they lost my order information. Not to mention the fact that this was for an urn, obviously important to me. The plaque turned out ok but the initials on the lighter were unevenly spaced.
I spoke to a manager and they did not charge me.
