With in 5 to 10 minutes of arrival, we noticed cash register not working, running out of biscuit, coffee creamer solids floating on coffee, worker sweeping under the table while customer is eating, loud TV, forgetting to give food to customers, sighing when asked for ketchup, etc. Worst Burger King ever.

Worst place ever! Sat twenty minutes in drive through. She was curt and rude. Asked us to pull around to the parking lot and wait. Another guy brought out 50% of our order, and she managed to give sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Three out of the four items we wanted was wrong. She seemed to be on drugs???

The food is lukewarm to cold and certainly overpriced, your order is almost always wrong or the bagger skimps on the serving size; lackluster to downright horrible customer service, excessive wait times during non-rush hours, drive thru speakers who can either barely speak English or barely speak in general… Honestly, this place should just be shut down and burned to the ground. I regret every penny I’ve ever wasted here and every senseless, cold, disgusting calorie I’ve consumed.

NEVERAGAIN. Lackluster service, lukewarm hash browns, bad coffee. And why, after I placed my order, did I have to wait for the person behind the counter to take the next customer’s order BEFORE filling mine? Plus the TV was at a volume that prevented any hope of conversation, and the beeper/timer on the food back in the kitchen was even louder — and we weren’t sitting anywhere near either device. And since when is a medium soda over $ 2.00???

We were running tight on time which did not help. The drive through is the stereo type where you cannot understand not apparently be understood easily. The person on the other side of the speaker has a thick accent which is frustrating. When we pull up we were handed our drinks and asked to park in front. six minutes later we had still not received our food and have watched a few other vehicles pass through the drive-thru. We pulled out, willing to sacrifice our $ 18 order to get to work on time when they briskly walked out to our vehicle. It is the typical eggs poured out of a jug, the pancakes are ok, The tater tots greasy(no different than other places), the sausage was tasty, I asked for grape jelly for the biscuit but received none. Whoever owns the grounds has weeds growing consistently about 1.5 feet out of the seams in the curb. I hope that the Burger King is ‘listening’ or that corporate cares and is ‘listening’. The place is in a prime location and could be doing so much better. P. S. I was late to work, which was partially my fault.

I second the ridiculous price gouging. I ordered a large hash brown, 2 cinnamon buns, and drink. I have done this twice and it took me until the second time to realize they were charging me a meal plus my hash browns and drink! This place is close to work, so nothing I can do… but burger king needs to fire and re-hire for this store. Also, my food was literally thrown in the bag, my hash browns upside down so they went to the bottom. How difficult can this be, and I work in retail! Worst burger king on the planet. Such bad service. Never been to a slower fast food restaurant. Ridiculous.

Worst Burger King experience I have ever had. Awful customer service. Extremely slow and sloppy. On top of that, the manager was arguing with a staff right in front of me, as if I was no-exist. Also, ridiculously overpriced items. They don’t even do drink upgrade(e.g. if you order a meal and want iced coffee instead of regular coffee or soda, you’d have to pay full price of meal plus full price of iced coffee.) Will never go back again.

Service was so slow that I couldn’t even order. When I pulled up, the guy said, «Hold on one second and I’ll be right with you.» Patiently I waited. I waited at the speaker at the drive thru for 2 songs(4 – 5 minutes?). I guess he still had the microphone on, because when I asked a friend what comes on a rodeo sandwich, he rudely replied, «Ma’am, one second PLEASE. I will be right with you!» So I left. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

I just came back from grabbing a simple Whopper Jr Combo, and ask to have a shake instead of a drink with Satisfries… Well the fries was cold and tasted like they had been sitting out to thaw; the Oreo shake had more damn whip cream then shake. Well I am not for sure what is up with the customer service here, but it seems it’s all about the paycheck; but I don’t blame the employees, I blame the freaking management and Owners. I would not recommend this place after lunch time

Downgraded my review after getting ripped off with my oatmeal(see picture in the photos section). I am unsure if this is the standard amount across the board or if it is just this particular location. That being said, I will not be getting that anymore. The drink prices are very high as well even with the Coke Freestyle machines.

Just got back from this location – literally 45 minutes ago – and had such a horrible experience! Firstly, it’s a pretty bad sign when a fast food establishment is completely EMPTY at 5:45 on a weekday… why I ignored this fact, I’m not sure… Anyways, despite this, my friend and I proceeded through to the drive-thru where I ordered myself a Medium Satisfries and my friend a coffee with Splendas on the side. That’s it. When I reached the window, the manager(a short 30-something year old female) greeted me without a word and instead extended her hand as if I had time to already count out my money. I asked, «How much?» She impatiently said, «3.48,» and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. It was enough to startle me. I had to wait a full minute before she came back, collected my money, and gave me my change – all without uttering a single word. I couldn’t believe her behavior for a manager. It’s like she was literally thinking, ‘Oh, let me make this customer wait as long as possible since she inconvenienced me by not having the correct amount of payment ready.‘ Then, someone completely different – who never dealt with the order-taking process – comes to the window and hands over the Fries and the coffee. I have to ask for the Splenda, which was no big deal… but then had to wait a full 60 seconds while this individual searched for, found, and counted out what he considered to be an appropriate amount of Splenda packets for my coffee. Then had to ask for a stir-stick. Gah. Food and coffee was fine – what I expected it to be. I understand that with fast food, what you pay for is kind of what you can expect to get… but the service here is so uninformed, inexperienced, and outright rude… it’s nonsensical. Do not go to this location. You are much better traveling further South toward the KFC or Taco Bell in Sully Plaza or North toward the McDonald’s in the Dulles Plaza.

Price gouging is never a pretty thing for consumers, so when I received the receipt for my Whopper with cheese, I was floored when I saw that Burger King charges eighty cents for one slice of cheese to accompany a burger. Most sit down restaurants charge only a quarter to fifty cents for cheese, and that’s usually the price to add an additional slice to the one that’s already on the burger. For a fast food joint to charge this kind of premium is quite honestly a slap in the face of consumers, and just robbery. I mean, come on. We’re talking about a restaurant that sells double cheeseburgers for a buck. So how can one slice of cheese be deemed to cost so much? Are you telling me that the two burger patties, the bun and all the other condiments only cost twenty cents? I take this kind of stuff really personal. I hate being price gouged. Fast food joints do it all the time. «Oh, you want extra pickles? That’s another dollar.» Yet if you order something and say, «Hold the pickles,» they sure aren’t going to give you a dollar off the initial price. I’m so tired of nickel and dime operations.

I just read about the $ 1 coffee offer on and decided to give it a try. I stopped at this BK to place an order. They were confused and didn’t understand what I was askiing. Instead, they told me they didn’t have coffee, then they told me they were sold out. They just seemed un-informed about their own corporate marketing. After all this I still wanted a bite, I started to give my food order since I was already at pickup booth and I was the only car in line. I was told I needed to go back out in the rain and use the speakers. Needless to say, they lost a customer.

I forgot to eat breakfast this morning, so I stopped here on the way to work for some fast food grease. I’ve been through the Drive-Thru at this BK before — but had never gone inside. This morning — I decided to go in for my food. I ordered the Sausage, egg, and cheese on Sourdough, with small hash browns, and a small coffee. For some reason, this BK seemed to be undermanned, so it took a few minutes longer than most fast food places to get the food out to me. I was the first time I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich on sourdough — it was not nearly as good as having it on a biscuit, English muffin, croissant, or bagel. Very, very average.
