We came here at the suggestion of my wife who used to work for this pizza chain as a teenager. My wife worked at the Santa Monica location and her sister at the Main Street spot. I had the chance the taste the pizza before it shut down on Main Street and it was good. Which was the reason for our visit today. However we found the pizza to be watery and the crust is definitely not the same. We were both a bit disappointed to say to the least. We both wanted the pizza to be freaking awesome like we remembered but it fell short. Oh well.

Service is terrible. Always late on delivery by a lot. Don’t open on time ready to take ur order and when I phones in two hours early the food wasn’t ready for time of pick up. I give up. Never going back. I’ll make my own spinach salad. It’s not rocket science.

Every weekend I get 2 large salads. The chicken and the spinach artichoke. They are both awesome, tasty and cheap.

Just tried the whole wheat veggie pizza and it is seriously the best pizza! This was our first time eating the pizza and we loved it! We will definitely be back!

The pizza is delicious! I get sausage on top and mix it with some of the other options like onion or mushroom. The crust is very good. The only thing I’d change is to add some other items to the menu(appetizers or lighter snacks).

The pizza is delicious! Better than pizza hut, dominos, and any other pizza places. The only thing they need is bigger sodas. Regular size is the biggest that they have. Other than that no complaints

I’ve been going here for probably 8 years now, and still love it. Love the spaghetti, pizza, and salads. Honestly the prices are simply so cheap for food that is great. Happy to have found this spot years ago.

Decent no frills, inexpensive pizza and pasta place. Pizza is thin, and nice & hot.

Just tried the spinach salad. Great dressing and a lot of ingredients go into it and is pretty balanced i love how the cheese is served too. Thought they were noodles at first. Waiting on the pizza now. Will update in 30 minutes

Finally stopped in to try it after passing it by many times. It’s a decent little pizza shop with adequate seating. The wait staff were really busy and it took a while to get some drinks. I had a small pepperoni and it was ok. I would stop by again.

Pizza is basic cheap pizza, the Lasagna was the most disgusting dish I’ve ever had from a local Pizza joint. Literally a bowl of mushy pasta ground meat and cheeses. Was more like eating fondue. Trashed it. My sons Spaghetti with meat sauce had zero flavor. Amazes me that a place like this survives. Great they have been around for years but they are not doing their customers any favors by using the lowest quality ingredients. Cheap crap food is not my deal. Won’t go back. Place is dirty. Lots of other choices in the area.

Call before you go. Management doesn’t honor published hours. Was turned away twice by proprietor. Was asked to come back in 15 minutes(was there at 11:45 on Sunday) came back at noon told me to come back at 12:30. Don’t think so. Foods good, customer service stinks.

Not sure why I’ve avoided this place for so long, having passed by it countless times. It’s really solid! I don’t have much of a field of comparison as far as authentic Boston pizza goes, but the works and especially that simple yet delicious cheese pizza were great. Will be stopping by far more often in the future.

From the reviews I expected better. The atmosphere was stiff and uncomfortable. The owner is a penny pincher and rude. My bf and I ordered a medium drink and it was small. We had to pay 50 cents for that refill. I ordered a spinach salad and instead of asking me what dressing I’d like, the Asian man chose for me!!! It was so annoying, seriously. The cheese pizza was good but not good enough to come back here. NOTATALL.

I hadn’t been to this Wildflour location in ages. I love their spinach salad with the artichoke hearts, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, croutons, and mozzarella cheese with Italian dressing. The pizza is pretty standard, but the meat lasagna is a good bargain for about $ 7. I noticed this location has cheaper prices than the one on Main Street in Santa Monica.

Let’s face it. California does a lot of food right; sushi, burgers, Asian, etc. However, anyone transplanted here knows the biggest travesty in California isn’t the taxes, illegal immigration, or MS13. Those problems pale in comparison to one thing; PIZZA. California pizza is by far the worst thing imaginable. Flatbreads with avocado, bean sprouts, and chicken strips are as far from pizza as Ke$ha is from a musician. In no other section of the country can you so heavily rely on the fact that just about every place you go, you will be guaranteed a BAD pizza, with some knucklehead defending it as «good.» That being said, Wildflour Pizza is about as close to Boston style pizza as you can get. In other parts of the East Coast, this style pizza might be referred to as «Greek Style»…but mind you, this is NOT«Greek Pizza»…its GREEKSTYLE. Greek Style pizza is usually cooked in a cast iron pizza pan. This will yield a medium thickness crust that is firm on the bottom, yet bubbly and doughy were it meets the sauce. The crust is usually golden and crunch, yet chewy in the middle. Sauce is not wet and garlicy, but spicy and normally mostly sucked up into the soft dough… making the overall pizza firm with a tangy sauce. And unlike a «NY Style» or «Brooklyn Style» that is(only in Cali) wet, sloppy and limp, you can pick up a piece and eat it entirely by hand. Wildflour is hands down one of the BEST pizzas I have had in Cali. It is VERY close to the East Coast style pizzerias I grew up with. The owner is VERY nice and often gives out freebies, such as salad with a big order of pies. It’s not a chain, so I love the fact I am helping out a local owner. The spinach salad is absolutely AMAZING. If you are a bean sprout pizza kinda person, do yourself a favor and try Wildflour. Its how pizza should be. If you don’t like it, just face the fact that you don’t like pizza.

Last night we tried Wildflour Pizza for the first time — always see the sign never stop — so finally did and YUM! We had a small pizza(sausage and onion) it was done perfectly. Surprisingly very little grease — yay! I ordered the small — wish I had ordered the large for leftovers today :) The spinach salad is fresh and amazing. Will definitely be back to try the wheat crust and other salads.
