WOW! Carmen is extremely talented and knowledgeable about hair. I am so impressed with her ability to correct my color and bring my hair back to life! She took her time evaluating my hair to determine the best strategy to fix my neglected locks. She was able to get rid of all brassy tones and my awful gray. She is a whiz with my super curly crazy hair. I love my haircut too! I left her salon feeling like a million bucks! She is very sweet and easy to talk to. I also like that she never overbooks and is very flexible with making appointments to accommodate her customers and her pricing is very fair. Carmen’s beautifully decorated, spacious and clean salon is right in the middle of Hermosa Beach on PCH. Very convenient to cute shops and restaurants and an easy stroll at the beach afterwards!

Carmen does the best Brazilian blow outs ever! My hair is very curly and no one has ever gotten it as straight as Carmen.

Forgot to mention that I wanted to do Brazilian Blowout again but Carmen told me that I couldn’t have it until I stopped breastfeeding my child. Obviously, she CARES about you not the money. I appreciated her honesty!

I came here 3 days ago after reviewing some Unilocal reviews. I came to see Carmen. She did a Brazilian Blowout on my hair and my hair feels amazing I love it! I did previously have a Brazilian Blowout done twice last year but wanted to try a new place since I have moved to the South Bay. I recommend Carmen. She is amazing and very nice person.

I was really on the run and came here. I felt like I was cheating on my hairdresser, but I will only have Carmen do my hair from now on. My hair looks so much healthier and she was just a pleasure to chat with. She did my root touch up today but I will be back for my highlights, hair cut, blow outs and whatever else I can think of.

Another fan of Candice. I was well over due for a hair cut, so I stopped in here before I went to the gym one day. I was so impressed. I’m not used to getting a cut in a salon but it was a pleasant upgrade from my Barber shop.
Candice did an excellent job and even updated my style from the same old cut I had been getting for years. I even got a shampoo after the cut, so I did not have itchy hair on me for the rest of the day. The little things make all the difference.

She is truly great. She pays special attention to the smallest details and always does her best.

I found this place after reading all the great reviews on Unilocal… and let me say, Unilocal is a wonderful thing. Carmen is completely amazing! She took my vision and made it into a reality. I showed her a picture of «my best hair ever» and she made it even BETTER! Unbelievable! And the even better part is that the prices are super reasonable for all that she does to give you beautiful hair! I highly recommend her!

Carlos is the best! Super friendly and knowledgable about hair. As a hair stylist, he really listens to his clients with their concerns and hair needs. I really dislike it when other places I’ve been to, end up doing their own thing. I will return!
