I’ve been getting work done by Claudia, Juan and Diego for years. They’ve done anything from restoring a picture to a custom side table. I’ve moved out of state and my husbands birthday was coming up, I was trying to have one of his posters framed. After looking and not finding a shop I called Claudia and asked if they could help. She said no problem! She had one week and somehow made sure the frame arrived on his birthday. He was so surprised! I knew he’d be happy but wow!!! I LOVE the The Frame and Art Dept.

I hardly knew anything about framing, but I wanted something unique, searching through Unilocal I found this frame shop (Frame & Art Dept.) and the reviews and a few pictures of their work caught my attention, I called the shop and told them what I was looking for, the young lady that answer very easily understood my needs, therefore I set up an appointment with her, thankfully they are open seven days a week, since I work everyday this was very convenient for me. As I walked to the shop it caught my attention right away, I saw all kinds of framed art, mirrors, canvas, all framed by them, I got greeted by the nice lady, she told me her name was Claudia and that if I needed any help, so I told her who I was and that I had an appointment, she right away new who I was, from there on I told her that I was looking to replace my ugly looking mirrors in my bathroom and that I was looking for something unique, antique looking, but modern at the same time, she sure knew exactly what I meant, she showed me ten samples and about twenty ways I could go about it, she also walked me through the prices and at the end she gave me an unbeatable deal for the quality services I was receiving. I also meet the rest of the crew, Juan and Diego, they told me that they were a family owner and operated business, and that they had being in business for more than 10 years, they explain everything they were going to do for my mirrors. My first experience was affordable and educational, I’m a very happy customer, I’m sure to be back for more frames, thank you Claudia, Diego, and Juan, great job.

Claudia and Juan did an excellent job framing a print I brought to them. They had competing pricing and really great options. They had so many amazing options and made great recommendations. Highly recommend!!!

I had a picture framed with matting (for signature) done here for a bachelorette party and it came out AWESOME. Everyone was super helpful and price was great considering the high quality work.

I came in on a last minute shopping spree for my sister’s birthday gift hunt, and was truly amazed at the high level of customer service the shop owners had to offer. Not even knowing where to start… I was guided through a very personal hands on experience that instantly made me a customer for life. The prices v. s the level of work this family owned shop is putting out is MORE than fair… And if that wasn’t even a factor… The work speaks for itself. I also really love that this shop truly supports their community of local business’s and artists. So whether you are looking to fill empty spaces on the living room wall, or you are a n artist who wants to make your art work shine it’s brightest… Check out The Frame and Art Dept… Prepare to be amazed!!! I came buy to pick up some posters. They allowed me to take 4 for free and they have numerous large free canvas prints when you buy a frame. The person I spoke to was one of the owners — it’s a family run business and he was very informative and told me about prices without ever making me feel like he was selling me… no high pressure sales here.

They’re nice, but nice doesn’t get the job done. This is the second negative experience we’ve had with this business. They don’t meet your in-​hands date, and won’t even call to let you know. I had to call twice after three weeks of waiting for a very basic framing job. We will NOT be returning; there are plenty of other, more reliable choices in the area.

Best framers I know! They have done so many of my frames. They have a great eye. Very helpful when u have no idea what u want. Call and set an appointment or just walk in they will help u out in whatever u want done.

It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed on Unilocal.I wanted to make sure that these guys get some more kudos since they’ve framed about 5+ more pictures for me. All different sizes. I’ve expanded my collection of frames to my office at work, and I never fail to get compliments on my frames. I recently went sky diving and can’t wait to collage my pictures to get them framed. I’ve also learned that frames make GREAT gifts… hint**the holidays are coming up. There is no job to small, big, or awkward for these guys! They’ll do it all.

the people are down to earth and have a great eye for what will work and what wont.
iv had 4 frames made only from this place. 2 large ones and 2 smaller ones. I’m slowly working on getting more work done.
