Mike’s business can only be described in two words: hot mess. He sounds very unprofessional on the phone. I made an appointment at 3pm with him earlier one week. He sounded confused and disoriented on the phone, but I went with it because he was a personal recommendation. When I showed up to our house at 3pm, he wasn’t there. For 45 mins, he proceeded not to answer a string of phone calls and texts. He ended up calling an hour later saying he was on his way. LOL! And he didn’t even apologize for his lack of communication. Weird way to do business, and it’s not how this east coast gal works. Trust the reviews guys. Go to a anyone else.

Came out and cleaned our carpets and mattresses. After two weeks carpets and mattresses smell of damp and mold. We’ve had to swap our son’s mattress for a new one.
We texted and left messages for Mike giving him the opportunity to respond and correct the obvious cleaning mistakes that were made and he hasn’t even bothered contacting us back.
This review should say it all if you’re looking at using this service. Extremely disappointed.

Mike is amazing, local guy that doesn’t leave until the job is done. The best thing about this company are his prices, he doesn’t overcharge. Most carpet companies charge $ 85.00 or more for a small one bedroom, total rip off. Mike is reasonable and he’ll work with your budget. On top of all that, he is a local Hermosa business.

Mike is amazing. He’s been cleaning my carpets for 10 years and I’d never use anyone else. I rent my place so I always think I’ll have to replace my carpet after a tenant moves out; but then Mike comes in, and literally makes the carpet like new!
He is the best ever!

Showed up almost 3 hours late to clean my carpet and charge me $ 75 to clean one room that was 10 X 15 feet in size with furniture covering half of it. When he was finished, he was supposed to call me so I could come lock my front door as you can’t lock it without the key, never called me and left an invoice on my floor. So my door stayed unlocked and secured for several hours.
