Had better experience in past but last night was horrible. Had a gel manicure done by lamb chop. He kept talking instead of working on my nails and took 1.5 hours to do the job. He didn’t ask me what length i wanted my nails and cut them way too short. I had to remind him to get the UV light when he started to apply the polish (did I really need to tell him that?) On my right thumb he applied so much polish that it ran onto my skin while it was under the light and then he tried to scrape and cut it off with the cuticle trimmers, but still it would not come off. While he was trying to get it off my skin he somehow marred the surface of my nail so now it dried lumpy. And on top of the horrible job they charged $ 35 which is way overpriced for a gel manicure. In Maryland prices are $ 10 less. So here we are next day and I still have polish on my skin and a lumpy thumbnail. Really, really not happy. Do yourself a favor and find a different salon.

Awesome nail salon!!! I visit every 2 weeks for a mani pedi, getting a green tea pedi today and love it. My gel nails last forever and I always have a glass of wine while relaxing.

This was the rudest place I’ve EVER been to!!! I’ve never been treated or talk to the way they talked to me & my friend. I will NEVER go back.

I went to get gels and a pedicure last Tuesday; my gels started peeling two days later; so I went back on that Friday to get a re-do…and, they began peeling again two days later, even with a different color. My pedicure also only lasted three days. The last pedicure I received at another place lasted 3 weeks, and my gels lasted 2 weeks. I will no longer visit this place. :(

I used to really like this place, but the last few times, my nails looked horrible, even on the same day as the manicure. Cuticles were never treated right and they even cut my hands a few times. On my last visit, I got a gel manicure, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax, all of which totals $ 80 on their «menu.» When it came time to pay, they charged me $ 90 with no explanation. When I tried to ask, I was cut off by the manager. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I paid, but I will never go back. I consider them to be thieves after that occasion. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I preface this review by saying, Shame on Me. I have had a «deluxe» pedicure at this establishment which left my shins bruised. That same day (before bruising was apparent) I had a manicure, where they proceeded to butcher my cuticles with some dull clippers.
I needed some waxing done (underarms) before my vacation and only had a small window of opportunity on Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. My regular wax artist wasn’t available in such short notice so I remembered that my sister had said this place did body hair waxing as well. I entered, asked if they did waxing, was told yes, and they motioned for me to peruse their service «menu», until someone could attend me. I did so. I noted that they had a great price of $ 20 for underarm waxing and $ 10 for eyebrow. When approached by the lady who would do my waxing I told her I wanted both of those services. She was very friendly and efficient. When it was time to pay for the services I was informed that the price is listed PER ARMPIT, YEP THAT IS RIGHT THE PRICE OF $ 20 IS PER-​ARM.
I asked who in the world gets ONE armpit waxed, they said no one but that is how they show their prices. At first I thought they were joking! When I put up a fuss they offered me a 10% discount!
Being a Christian — I paid, tipped accordingly, and silently promised myself to let EVERYONE know about this DECEPTIVE PRACTICE and Poor Business Etiquette!
