I am literally sitting in line right now. I’ve been here, in the same spot, so long now, that I have actually turned off my vehicle. I haven’t even gotten my order taken, and I’ve been in line for 35 minutes. So much for fast food huh? If I wanted to wait an hour for a burrito, I would have stayed home and made it from scratch. Boo.

Slowest bell ever. Every time that I come here it’s a 30– minute wait. Needs new management and corporate to come in and clean sweep. No reason for this. The food is made back there. Just mix it and serve. I wish it were better.

What the hell kind of place has a set amount of food they can sell. You can’t make more cinnabons? If you don’t have the food on the menu at 1 am why even be open?! Ordered 12 Cinnabon bites… «We only have 3, I can give them to you and charge you for 2?» No I wanted 12!

They charge for baja sauce and it took 5 minutes to take my money. The person that took my order wouldn’t bother to stop drinking her soda and someone from the line came and took my money. Terrible service

I ordered a chicken burrito, and I don’t know what this is that they gave me, but it’s got avocado and lettuce on it, and it’s really cold. And it wasn’t even wrapped up. They just threw it into an oversized KFC bag. Dude, seriously?

Cold, nasty food. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive thru, even during non-​peak times. On one occasion, I had to wait 45 minutes, most of which was spent listening to the worker talk to a friend via the drive thru system. And when I was finally able to pull up to the speaker system, I was greeted by Taco Bell’s new standard customer greeting: «What up, dude?» Avoid this slow and nasty kid-​run restaurant at all costs.

Meh… it’s taco bell… They were nice. The food tasted like any other Taco Bell. I finally tried the Cool Ranch Doritos Taco… since I read that it was responsible for huge growth at Taco Bell and something like 15,000 jobs being added in one year. It was not as bad as I expected it to be, but not great.
