F.A.S.T. Roadside Assistance

These guys were great.
I got a flat tire on a cold and rainy night, when there were accidents on most interstates and the surface streets were backed up as well (hello, «It City»). I called and the dispatcher took down all my info, being very sure to get my location correct. She said there was a truck near me on a service call, and that it should be about 40 minutes.
Almost on the dot the truck showed up and Horace, who was much cheerier than the weather and night deserved, changed my tire in about 5 minutes. He called in the job, handed me the phone, and I gave my payment info to the woman I had spoken to earlier. She emailed me the receipt (my choice).
There is a discount for paying cash, BTW. About $ 10, or roughly 20%.

Called for a lockout since I left my keys in the ignition and the driver showed up FAST and it cost way less than the locksmiths that I called. Thanks Michael!
